I bought 2 braces, one for me and one for my husband. I accidentally bought the wrong size for myself and contacted the company directly via email. Within a day the new and correct size was being shipped to me, no questions asked and I did not have to ship the incorrect size back. I have severe inflammation in my shoulder and sit in front of a computer 8hrs a day. This brace is so amazing giving me the stability and support that I need. I purchase this product six weeks ago wore approximately 8 to 10 hours a day because I am active all day long and after six weeks the Velcro on both bicep and the chest strap no longer hold so 10 minutes after putting it on it pops loose and you gotta take everything off to tighten it back up again Velcro system needs improvement. When it holds it works great and relieves a lot of strain on old rotator cuff injuries. I’m 73 and had repairs on both shoulders plus bicep tenodesis on each.

Unfortunately, I had to send both sizes back. Using the sizing chart my size was on the low end/high end of the larger and smaller sizes respectively. So I started off with the L/XL. While the strap on the bicep fit with room to spare, the shoulder piece was way too large and would scrunch up. The bicep piece would also have a tendency to slip up just a bit even though they say you can wear it over or under clothes. I will say, however, that it did give me pain free days, but I just couldn't continue that size due to the bunching up and then it would ride into and cut into my neck. I exchanged it for the S/M figuring that since the bicep srap was so large on the former, it would fit. Sadly, it did not. This time, the shoulder piece fit perfectly, but the bicep strap was way too small. So the S/M runs more like a small while the L/XL runs closer to XL. Anyway, for those it fits, it will work. The rest of us just have to keep trying to find one that fits us correctly.

I initially ordered a L/XL after taking my measurements because I was at the low-end of the chart. The size felt a little loose for my taste. I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement (S/M). This one fits much better. A little tight but just the way I like it, I prefer it like that when working out. It feels good and reduces stress in my shoulder due to a labrum tear.

I ordered this brace unsure of the proper sizing. It arrived and I felt it was too big because it wasn't lying flat against my upper chest. I contacted the seller, the rep was very helpful and very concerned about me having the proper fit. They shipped me out another brace and this one fit me perfectly. So far I cannot tell if this will help my shoulder. One thing I do not like is when I have it on and tight it goes up on my neck which is uncomfortable It is a size S-M which I needed. I wear it about 4-5 hours during the day. I still have the same hurting in my shoulder. Might try some exercises for my shoulder to see if that will help.
