I have used quite a few microphones over the years at varying price points, and the same thing can typically be said, the more expensive, the better they sound. This however kind of breaks the mold. The Mic quality is stellar for the price point. I have Mics that cost twice as much and this almost sounds as good. The Mic is light and easy to setup. It has out of box with usb with little adjustment to sound good, and the boom arm is easy to maneuver. If you want even more control over volume and sound, hook this up to a sound board via XLR and the quality goes even higher. If you are looking to upgrade beyond a headset or webcam mic and don't want to break the bank, this is a good one to choose.

First time microphone owner here! I have always abhorred the sound of my voice in recordings, to the extent that my hair would stand up listening to myself. My voice never sounded bad as I was speaking, but to me hearing it being recorded felt like I was listening to a hybrid alien/godzilla. This mic makes my voice sound like it does coming out of my head! I could not be more pleased. Even though I am not a singer, I tried singing and I didn't cringe listening to it! This is going to be my new best friend with my webinar recordings and hypnosis sessions! I love the sound, it's perfect - not too trebley and not too basey. It does not even need a pop filter. I am so glad I invested in this. The boom arm is sturdy and fits my desk and the microphone has a heavy, quality feel. After watching another gentleman's review I was convinced, and he seemed like a professional podcaster. So glad I invested in this. Sound quality: Not too much bass or treble, perfect and warm, Sounds like my voice should sound when I am speaking Value for money: It was a great price, affordable but not too cheap so you worry that it is poorly made Sensitivity: Just the right amount Clarity: just perfect to pick up the detail and does not need a pop filter Why did you pick this product vs others?: A podcaster reviewed it while actually using the mic. A lot of the demo videos do not show the mic being used! Audio is pretty good considering its price point and competitors. I decided to upgrade from my Blue Snowball microphone. This version comes with a boom arm but I found a mic stand that was more useful based on the desk that I have. Definitely worth it! IMPORTANT: Comes with USB-C cable but NOT an XLR cable. USB-C mic quality is fine but if you want to use with an XLR cable, you will need to buy one and also an XLR interface.

The media could not be loaded. I'm genuinely impressed with the FIFINE K688. It's a dynamic mic that supports both USB-C and XLR, making it ideal for beginners and experienced users alike. The sound quality is solid, especially in noisy environments, and setup is easy whether you're using a PC or audio interface. I recorded my entire review using the K688 via XLR. The kit (K688CT) includes the mic, metal boom arm, shock mount, adapter, and USB cables—though an XLR cable isn’t included. Build quality is decent; the mic feels durable, though the boom arm is on the lighter side. You won’t find premium-grade accessories here, but for around $70, it's a fantastic starter option. Tip: USB controls only work when not in XLR mode, and proper mic placement (2–6 inches) is key for clarity. You don’t need phantom power, and make sure to adjust your gain just right to avoid clipping. Perfect for streamers, podcasters, or anyone who wants a plug-and-play mic with room to upgrade later. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality without the hefty price tag.

It's a great mic for the price. by no means is it a Shure-sm7b, however, it sounds great and has good tones, the high end has some peakeyness to it as you can expect,t but the mids are great, as long as you turn down the volume on the mic just a tad, you'll sound great no matter your voice. This works great for playing games and talking to my friends on Discord, and it works great for streaming; it sounds better than most mics on Twitch and will do you just fine as you build you're following. I doubt anyone who's not an audiophile would mention anything other than it sounds great! The build quality is good; it's made from aluminum and has some heft to it. The pop filter feels soft and high quality. I'd recommend getting a different mic arm since the one it comes with is a little cheap but will get the job done just fine.

sounds really good, looks really high quality, and its super easy to use. returned the first one cause the usb type c port was bent, but they quickly took it back and i was able to get another one. if anyone asks for any suggestions, this is my go-to.

I just purchased this microphone and boom arm combo for my setup, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. It has its own mute button, comes with a cord, very sturdy, very easy to use, and so much more! It doesn’t have anything to hold the cord though so I had to wrap it around the arm, but other than that it’s flipping amazing. Great purchase and I can’t wait to use it for years to come! Great quality too.
