    • "ABSOLUTELY" Worth Every Penny!!!!
Style: Cardioid
As a singer, I'd used the Shure SM58's for years, then a Sennheiser e935. I'd been checking out the online reviews regarding this Shure Nexadyne 8/c & 8/s mics. I decided to give these a try, though three time the cost of the 58's, but after using both the Nexadyne 8 c & s mics, I'm no longer using the others. I do not normally write reviews, but this deserved it! Both of these Nexadyne's have a very noticeable sound clarity. Vocals are crisp and clear. Feedback is extremely limited, so you really have to be "trying" to get any, they are also a well made, strong quality microphone. I bought the 8/c first, then the 8/s. Both are excellent and "Definitely" worth the price!!! ... show more

    • Enjoying the new microphone
Style: Cardioid
I really enjoy how clearly this microphone represents my vocals through my Bose L1 pro 8. Expensive but worth it for me. As I’ve seen others comment- I feel I get the sound I was hearing in my head with this mic.

    • Fantastic sound compared to the SM58
Style: Cardioid
I upgraded from the SM58 to this Shure Nexadyne and oh man can you instantly tell the difference. The Nexadyne gives you much more range in the mid and high frequencies. You sound much clearer, making it so I have to struggle less to push more air to hear myself better on those higher notes. I appreciate the SM58, but it's now my backup mic. Can't wait to try this out at my next gig. ... show more

    • Awesome Mic!!!
Style: Cardioid
Wow is this a great mic. The guy sang a song. 10 minutes later he sang the same song with the Shure 8/C and was blown away by how much better he sounded!! So much so he bought one too!! Everybody could hear the difference, his voice was, its hard to explain but, sounded the way it should have sounded the first time! Like the voice was smother, richer, clear.... And when I use the Shure 8/C, it makes it tolerable, the noise I call singing!! Truly a GREAT mic... And if I am not mistaken, did I see this same mic all over The Voice? I think it is unless Shure makes another one that looks exactly the same? ... show more

    • Great balanced upgrade from a SM58.
Style: Cardioid
I decided to upgrade from a SM58 to this mic. I could have gotten an SM58 BETA, but I have a baritone voice and this 8/C is very crisp and clear, with a flat EQ. So far, I really like using this mic. You can’t go wrong with Shure, and this mic is good choice IF you don’t mind the extra cost.
