This fit exactly as I had expected and was impressed with the overall quality. It is aluminum, but it is thick enough that it maintains its structure when picked up and based on other comments, I read in other manufactures, I went ahead and put a piece of scrap lplywood in the bottom to span the trailer hitch. I looked at a lot before finding this. I use it to move tools from jobsite to jobsite. It is the perfect size to hold the tools I need but not so big that it cant be carried into a job site easily. It has kept my tools dry and safe.

Well worth the price. Although not diamond plate, it is still solid. And had no trouble mounting it. Latch mechanism seems to function fine and no issues with the lock. Came via USPS with zero damage of any kind.
