I was impressed with how well it was packaged. All hardware was in individual bags, labeled with letters or numbers to correspond to the assembly directions. There was foam around every piece so despite the outside box being a little beat-up, all parts were flawless. For most of the small hardware like screws, there was at least one extra leftover. The assembly was pretty straightforward and easy to follow. It took me about an hour to assemble by myself. After you attach the legs to the table top, you do have to flip it which would be easier with two people but it's not terribly heavy so it's doable by yourself. For the space I have available, the 55" fits perfectly and has room for both of my laptops and an extra monitor. I will probably look into adding monitor arms to get another monitor to fit. Feels pretty sturdy despite the top being pretty thin. There is a very slight wobble if you bump it when it's at its highest setting but doesn't seem like it would tip over. The control panel has 3 presets and is easy to set them, simple press the "S" button while on the desired height and then tap the 1, 2, or 3 button to set that button to that height. The three presets allow you to set a sitting height, standing height and another height that I use for when I'm on the standing board which bumps me up another inch or two. I am about 5'11" and with the standing board I have to have the desk maxed out so if you're much taller, it might not be high enough for you. The motor is not silent but isn't very loud. For the price, it is well worth it. Looked into some others and they were 3-4x as expensive as this for a similarly sized desk. ... show more

This is the second Fezibo adjustable desk I have purchased for our office, the first was for me. I've had mine for about 10 months now and I am very happy with it. Sturdy, convenient (electric set heights), and nice looking. I paired it with the Mountup dual monitor desk mount arm and both (desk and monitor arm) being sturdy, my two screens do not wobble! Easy to assemble. The desk is sturdy and doesn't shake. Power control works well but you need to reset it befor it will work. Easy enough, hold "up" and "down" together. I got this not so much as a standing desk, but because I'm tall and want a higher desk surface. This fits the bill perfectly as the control moves the top up and down smoothly and can store 3 positions. The desk top is in two pieces that need to be edge joined with dowls. This gives a seem down the middle of the top which may be annoying to some. It would bother me. Instead I got the seriously ugly rustic brown color at a significant discount, probably because nobody wants it. The top went straight to the trash and I'm using the 24x48 top I used previously with fixed legs. I suggest this route as I have no seem and a surface I like. The only negative other than the seem in the top, is that with the 24x48 size that I got, the legs are not at the left and right edges. They are set in about 6 inches on each side. The reason I assume, is so they can use the same legs with a smaller top. They're not close enough to be annoying so it isn't much of an issue. Overall, I'm very happy. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I got this desk yesterday so this is a first impression review. It comes in many pieces which makes for easy installation. I put it together by myself. One review suggested studying directions first and I highly recommend it! Study pictures, smaller print, arrows before you jump in. It will make life easier. I hope this lasts. It was cost effective and is solid. Base is heavy which means it's well made! I love you can put wheels on it came with and lock them or you can go without wheels.The top does come in 2 pieces but I guarantee that's to avoid damage in transit. I ordered same brand desk that was stationary and both times top piece was cracked or had bump in it etc. It's very hard to transport large table tops. This was smart on company's part.I do not see any concerns at this time except I need to move shelves on my wall. :) I have 2 disc's in my back that won't go back in place and physical therapy highly recommended anyone who sits at their job alot to get adjustable desk. I'm excited to heal up and use this. I thought for sure I wouldn't be able to afford one and I found this! It also arrived 3 days early!!! I also love how you can choose preset height or higher/lower in small increments so you can have it exactly where YOU want. Now hard part is transferring equipment. 😁 ... show more

    • Good desk, fantastic customer service
First off, this desk is good. Not amazing, but quite good. A real workhorse of a desk. We have a nice glass topped desk from Costco that I prefer just slightly, but this one is bigger and if I ever get around to it I could slap a nice piece of wood on top and it would still work perfectly. This one was also a lot cheaper. The Good: It's lasted through 3 moves, been taken apart for two of them, and is still sturdy with no structural breaks or damage. The Bad: It did break. The controller broke and would no longer respond. So I emailed customer service... The Beautiful: Customer service was incredible. I was traveling at the time and so was very intermittent in my replies to them. They followed up every 24 hours telling me they were still there ready to help and that help would come if I would let them know what the issue was. I was the worst kind of flakey emailer, and they still took the time to help me troubleshoot my problem. When I finally was back home and able to run through everything they responded promptly and sent me a new controller. This was after owning the desk almost two years. No charge, no fuss, just a new controller with tracking number straight to my new address. The desk is now working perfectly again. The controller was an easy swap. No complaints whatsoever. If you want a good standing desk at a fair price backed by great customer service, this is your desk. ... show more
