I got the rustic wood version of this desk and it was the cheapest desk of this kind on Amazon that I could find. After buying it the desk soon sold out. when I received my desk It was missing a major part to assemble the desk. after calling Amazon, there was nothing they could do because the desk was marked unavailable, and was not being sold due to it being sold out. The only solution was to call the manufacturer or return the desk to Amazon for a refund. I was able to call the manufacture of the desk and get a hold of their customer service very easily. I did not want to return the desk because I liked it and it was the cheapest I was going to be able to find. after talking to the manufacturer, she informed me that replacing the part would mean that she would have to make a special order for that specific part from the warehouse in China and it would take about a month to receive it in the mail , the customer support person, Jenevieve, was very helpful and so kind and kept in communication with me the entire time via text. she apologized for the missing part and I was able to receive it within two weeks! It’s very rare that you can call a manufacturer with a problem and have them fix it as quickly and kindly as FEZiBO did for me! I will update this review with a photo once I have a desk assembled in my classroom.

The desk arrived in one heavy, but skinny box, 7”? One end was messed up. I opened the box and started unpacking. Part 1 had four corner protectors. One corner protector was busted. The accompanying corner also had problems. You can see the busted corner and the pressboard. It shows on the inside corner and the bottom. I plan on taking a black sharpie and color it end. I will also take some silicon and seal the edges so water does not get in over the years. I thought about reaching out to the manufacturer, but I need my desk working on Feb 8th, for interviews… so… I will make it work. The instructions worked well. They had instructions for having the short desk on the left or right. I chose the right. One word of caution. Pay CLOSE attention to what side ALL of the holes face. I had to take apart the middle leg and apparatus because I did not. It was facing the wrong way. The instructions were right but the person putting it together (me) messed it up. I would recommend getting a drill with the ability to adjust when it stops. I would also HIGHLY recommend using a Phillips head that is magnetized. The worst part was attaching the metal to the wood. You have to go through the deep width of the metal support. It is connected VERY well!! All-in-all, it took me six hours to build the desk. It would have probably been 5.5 hrs or less had I paid closer attention. This is my second FEZIBO sit/stand desk. The first one was smaller and for my wife. I built it too. My wife loves her desk. I know I will love mine. Both went together well. If I need something that FEZIBO sells, it will be the top contender. The ONLY negative was the price. It was the highest of all the ‘L’ shaped sit/stand desks, but my experience with the smaller desk made me want to try it out.

Arrived much quicker than expected. I am impressed with the quality of the desk - it's very sturdy and the motors are really quiet. I had a small issue with one part that needed to be replaced so I contacted the 800 number on the box for assistance. As impressive as the desk is, the customer service is even more so. They went above and beyond my request and the main reason I am writing this review is because I want customers to know that this company stands behind its product and their support team is the best I've ever worked with.

I love everything about it! It is heavy but it makes you feel that nothing is gonna happen to it, it will not fall under the monitors weight, etc. It has a height memory, which is very helpful and so much space for all your needs! I’ve tried so many desks for hoe office, but that one is the best!

I did a lot of research before looking to get a standing desk. Unfortunately, the an order from a different company wasn't going to come in on time so I looked to Amazon and found this one. It met quite a few specs in terms of space and weight. I work about 80% from home so having a solid desk was a big requirement. Pros: - Desk is large and has a large surface area to work - Sturdy - even when raised. Because of the L-shape it barely moves. - Generally easy to build (by myself it was less than 2 hours) - Nice having programmable height options Cons: - Not all of the pre-drilled holes were done well - Instructions call for it being built completely on it's back and flipped when done which doesn't make a lot of sense for an L-shaped desk - There's only a single grommet in the corner so configurations and cable management options (out of the box) are limited If you're looking for a solid starting standing desk. This is it. It's about 50% less than what you'd find elsewhere. But it's a no frills desk. So if you're looking for some more 'bells and whistles' then you may want to look elsewhere. Personally I'd prefer to just add to the desk rather than pay for it up front. Great desk so far though and it's met all of my needs.

Initial order arrived and was defective (Faulty control box or legs - unknown true issue) but Amazon sent a replacement in a timely manner and scheduled a pickup return this week. The replacement was assembled and functioned properly. Only knock is this desk is very heavy and took 2 people to move the box/flip once legs were attached. Highly recommend using wheels for easy movement once assembled.
