  • Assembly required
Size: 48*24 Inch Color: Rusticbrown
When the product arrived, I saw that it was in a smaller box, so I knew it would involve a fair amount of assembly. My husband took one look at it and said you were on your own. Luckily, everything was clearly labeled and I had all of the parts, so I was able to assemble it and likely the desk goes up and down. The most complex part is the keyboard that goes under the desk, I am still working on figuring out how to assemble that. If you take a deep breath and follow the instructions to the letter. It will work out perfectly. The wood itself is very pretty, I like the size of the desk, and I love the different heights. Sitting was really killing my body so it’s great to have an option to stand. Overall, I’m very happy with this Desk! ... show more

  • Perfect size for a multi function room!
Size: 48*24 Inch Color: Rusticbrown
I recently downsized to a temporary living arrangement and had to order this desk. I work from home so desk comfort is necessary. I have the larger 63" desk with the center piece and absolutely love the desk-had to put in storage temporarily. Went with the same brand in this lengthwise smaller size and it fits perfectly in my room. The drop drawer was a must, and be able to fit in a smaller space with 2-20+" monitors. The desk with the wheels makes it easy to move and adjust. It does not seem to be as sturdy as my larger desk, this desk wobbles slightly BUT when adjusting from sitting to standing, vice versa; there have been no issues whatsoever with the adjusting. These desks look professional but are affordable. Love these adjustable desks and highly recommend! ... show more

  • Great value and easy to assemble!
Most adjustable desks are easily $300 and up so when I saw the price on this one, I jumped on it! It's also the exact size of the desk I currently had so it fit in my current space perfectly. There was only an option for "quick install" and from my experience, that is always the best option because it means less assembly for me. It came with the legs already attached to the desk top. Assembly was straightforward and not confusing as most instruction manuals are. I did mess up on one step, but it was operator error. I didn't fully "click" the sync rod into place. You have to get it just right before it will fully extend into the grooves on BOTH sides, which is tricky because they're not rounded. You have to use a bit of force to get it right. Others mentioned the desktop being in two pieces, but I think that only applies to the bigger tops. Mine came with one piece. I also saw a review that said the sizing was off so I measured mine and had the same "issue". it was just shy of 47 inches long but exactly 24 inches wide. Had I not measured it, I would have never known. It didn't and doesn't bother me, but that may be of importance to some. Like I mentioned, it was the same size of my previous desk which is what I referenced before I purchased this one. So far, the top is pretty sturdy and has a good weight to it. I have a plant in a stone planter pot, a desktop computer with acrylic riser, keyboard, mouse, and other other varied sized items. It doesn't shake or sway when I am using it. I do avoid leaning on it because I don't want to risk straining something. There is a caution about keeping the area clear of obstruction, which I would think is common sense. I wouldn't recommend relying solely on the anti-collision feature. I'm fortunate to have a dedicated space for my desk so there isn't anything in the path up or down that could be damaged or cause damage to the desk itself. Still haven't set any presets because I've only had it about a week and just raise/lower it as needed and randomly stop it when I feel it is in a good place. I think someone else mentioned it giving out after too many ups and downs. I have pretty much just moved it a few times here and there and never multiple times in a short timeframe. The sound of the motor is relatively quiet and doesn't make any weird noises. I do like that it doesn't jerk or make an abrupt stop when I release the button. It kinda does what a soft close door would do. I initially added the side hooks because they're included, but quickly removed them because I don't have a need for them. You also can't choose the placement. The cable management tray doesn't do anything for me, but I'm keeping it attached just in case I decide to use it in the future. It's in the back and not in my way. The instructions call for an electric drill, but I never used it. Everything can be done with the allen keys provided and a screwdriver. The cable clips are doing the job for now, but I feel like I'm probably going to get some velcro for the power supply box because.....gravity! I think that covers everything. Fingers crossed, I can keep this desk long-term. Will update, if needed. ... show more

  • You can make this desk a great bargain
The media could not be loaded. I'm happy with this desk now that I've made two easy changes, and it's still a good price. The main problem is that it has some side-to-side wobble. If you're writing or typing on a video conference, it'll look like you're in an earthquake. Even when not on a call, it's distracting to look at your monitor while writing. Fix #1, add a cross bar. A diagonal bar across the legs stops the table wobble. I bought a 1" wide, 3' long steel flat at my hardware store and a JB Weld Original formula epoxy and glued it on the backs of the legs. It cost less than $18 for both. Clamp it and let it dry overnight and it worked great. Fix #2, get a sturdy keyboard tray. I bought a clamp on, under-desk tray with a pull-out drawer for about $60. Don't skimp here. It has a lot less side-to-side wobble and it pulls further out so I can see the top row of my keys. This isn't a fix, but strapping a power strip to one leg of the desk really tidied up my cables. ... show more
