Bought this for my 96 F250 Supercab 4x4. It came a few days early, I opened it up and was really impressed with the quality of the bumper and the finish. The installation brackets came the same day. Everything bolted up easily and adjusted right into place with little effort. Instructions were very easy to understand. I was also pleasantly surprised that it came with the license plate light housings, electrical sockets, bulbs and connectors. I did not remember seeing that on the description. Didn’t use and brackets sold separately, instead I fabricated and welded my own. Saved me a few bucks, and it’s probably better quality. The seam sealer on the bumper is cheap as well as the powder coating. With a little work, you can make this product decent, but out of the box as a bolt on…. Meh

I got this bumper and the appropriate mounting kit, spent 30 minutes under the tail end of my 87 Ram getting everything perfect. The mounting bracket has about a dozen different ways to mount it, so attach everything loosely and adjust for pitch and depth before cranking it down. So far it has held up well, I have mounted a ball to it and pulled a light duty trailer with a generator on it without issue. The bumper itself has black silicone around the top where the diamond pattern plate meets the vertical bumper, doesn't last long but easy to replace or just lay a weld on it yourself. Bumper is sturdy, looks decent, and is easy to install. The only issue is they don't pack these with any cushioning on the ends, so it may arrive damaged if the shipping company drops the box. They really should be packaged better, but the bumper itself is a great deal as long as it arrives undamaged. ... show more
