The carbide tipped Universal general purpose blade for the TS 75 Plunge Cut Saw is a clean-cutting general purpose blade for wood and soft plastics, and serves as a fine-rip cutting blade for glue-ready joints.This blade incorporates an offset tooth design known as ATB (Alternating Top Bevel), allowing the blade to cut alternately to the left and right, generating a more efficient and cleaner cut in all types of wood. This thin-kerfed blade design meets less resistance, for more efficient cutting, and produces less material waste. Laser cut expansion slots reduce vibration for faster, quieter cutting. An oversized 30mm arbor enables more secure fastening of the blade to the saw, further reducing vibration for more precise cutting.

Sure, the price is high but you pay for what you get. I rotate this another on my TS75 track saw. When I change the blades, I send the dull blade to a company to be sharpened and cleaned. They inspect the blade and straighten and or replace any teeth that may be damaged. This way, I keep my expensive investment cutting smoothly when I need it. ... show more

My old blade had dulled over time and burned the wood when cutting. This new one cut perfectly clean.

Great for cross cutting. Gets a little bogged down ripping 8/4 hard maple (next time I’ll go with lower tooth count blade for that. As always with Festool, costs more than others and still a better deal.
