While it's not the sellers fault that FedEx delivered this late and the guitar was damaged. It IS the sellers fault at how poorly packaged this was. The amp input on the guitar is faulty and will not keep a connection to the amp. We tried plugging in a different guitar to the amp and it worked just fine, which proves that the guitar itself is faulty. In all of my years of buying on Amazon, I have never had to pay for my own return shipping on an item. It is SO wrong that I received a damaged / defective item and now will probably have to pay $30-40 to send it back. The worst part is, I have sent several messages and have not heard a word back from the seller. The best advice I can give if you're looking to purchase a beginner guitar is to go elsewhere and AVOID THIS SELLER!!! ... show more
