This is a new version of the sometimes included Gig bag. Not bad quality or construction just made to be a entry level item. Don't it expect it to be a case costing twice as much with super padding and tons of features. Thin and basic does have its place if you just need a dust cover for home use. What I needed was a bag with some soft protection to keep while in my home and carefully transport to an occasional gig or band practice. I was looking for the cheapest gig bag I could find to sell an old guitar that probably cost less than a bag. Fender has been releasing some very nice bags of late in the slightly higher priced range (I have a couple) so I thought I would try this one. I didn't expect much. Too my surprise it is a nice bag. Not well padded like a good bag but heavy nylon, good zipper, roomy, large pouch on front, and would provide adequate protection for your bedroom guitar that you just lean on the wall, or carry to the guitar shop, etc. It is also quite attractive. So this one gets high marks for the price. I would personally recommend a better one from the Fender line but the new Fender bags have something going. Very Nice. ... show more
