My son is 16 and taking a beginner’s guitar class. He wanted something to use at home, and we happened to come across this guitar bundle. I figured if we were going to invest a little money, he couldn’t go wrong with a Fender. Zero cosmetic defects, nice straight neck, all the accessories were included, and the sound is great whether with an amp or without. (Cord included, but not amp.) I was worried about that since it’s a thinner and not super deep traditional acoustic. We double checked the tuner against a tuning app, and it was correct. I’m attaching a picture so you can see the size. He is on the smaller end of a 16 year old, so I would imagine it’s not a good fit for someone in their preteens. It looks dark here, but it’s a beautiful midnight blue.

Awesome beginner guitar. Sounds good using it as an acoustic or electric. I like the beginning lessons that come with it by scanning bar code although after the first few lessons you’ll have to pay for more if you want to continue learning from the app. I would recommend this guitar for beginners like me. I love it!

The guitar looks great, and sounds great, just the 6th string (skinny one) broke only 2 weeks in. I don't know if it was because it was a little short on the guitar or the string on the peg cracked and broke off, but it is off and I have to use my spare one now.

Played guitar as a teenager, actually had lessons for a couple of years. I stopped playing after being a Husband and Father. I’m retired and purchased this guitar because Fender was a good choice from my teenage years. Still a great choice. Nice sound, easy to play and tune. Came with an extra set of strings. Can’t beat the price for what you are getting.

I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this guitar for the price! I am a hobbyist that decided to restart playing the acoustic guitar. I wanted decent quality on a budget. I got what I wanted! This guitar is great in both fit and finish. It has more quality build than you would expect for the price. It is fun to play, and sounds very nice. The electronics work well, including the tuner. This whole package is nice, complete with a fairy nice little gig bag. The bonuses that Fender includes are the icing on the cake!

Got this for my kid to learn on. I've played it a few times and it's a quality instrument, especially for the price. Came ready to go with some cheap strings, I got some Martin strings and now that guitar sounds great. Awesome tone for a lamanate, sounds really good. I would highly recommend getting this for the beginner in your family, or for yourself if you're interested in learning how to play.
