  • Perfect picks
Color: Tortoise Shell Size: 12-Pack Style: Medium Pattern Name: 355 Shape
Great shape, easy to hold, and doesn't slip in your fingers. Plus the triangle shape gives you X3 the use. The only problem with these is that the tips snap off after about four hours of playtime, which is fine, I play pretty hard so this may not be everyone's experience. I still think it's a good value. I bought these exactly one year ago and I've only gone through Seven of the twelve and I play almost every day. Nice value, good price. Overall very happy. ... show more

  • Perfect for my fat little hands
Color: Tortoise Shell Size: 12-Pack Style: Medium Pattern Name: 355 Shape
I’m a self-taught hack guitarist. For some reason, I’ve always struggled with those standard little picks. They just move around and slip in my hands. These big boys give me something to hold onto while I play sweet music for my wife. Serenade the one you love.

  • One of a kind!
Color: Tortoise Shell Size: 12-Pack Style: Heavy Pattern Name: 358 Shape
I recently decided to try out a bunch of picks as my decades-old supply of Fender Jazz picks was running low. Everyone raved about the Dunlop Jazz III, so I tried a bunch of versions of it, but decided that while the length was good, they were just a bit too wide. So I decided I'd just go back to Fender, but unfortunately didn't know the model number. After some Internet research, I thought I had the 354 Heavy and ordered some of those.... but I was wrong. I didn't like them nearly as much as what I eventually realized I'd been using for decades, which was the 358 Heavy. The thing I like so much about the 358 is that it's not just short, it's narrow, and sits neatly between two fingers and my thumb. The 354 is just too bulky from my point of view and also flexes more due to being longer. As for the Jazz III Nylon, I feel it's a bit too wide, with the sharp edges on either side being a bit uncomfortable for my fingers. Note that I'm typically using these for strumming, and what I like about the 358 for that is that it's pretty pliable versus the Jazz III, which is thick nylon and gives a bit more resistance to strumming. For lead playing, I'd probably pick up the Jazz III first, or potentially another one I recently tried, the Jazz III Flex. Also tried Tortex and Ultrex versions of the Jazz III, but they are way too stiff for my playing. A few things to keep in mind about the 358 if you're not dead set on its size/shape that do weigh against it: (1) it's more expensive than picks from other manufacturers (2) it doesn't last as long due to the celluloid material (3) it is not made in the USA For me, though, it's one of a kind! ... show more
