  • Love it
Love the neck , its thin and comfortable unlike regular mexican fenders. Needed some intonation tuning, action was set pretty low just as I like it I played one at guitar center and love it. Its a tele plus mid pickup. Just like a regular tele You will need to play with the tone and volume knobs to get the best tone. Position 2&4 kinda sound like a strat but its still different from a strat it has more treble not as chunky as a strat. Comes with fender gig bag, locking tuners are awesome.. guitar stays in tune most of the time. Noiseless pickups are great , no noise at all with high gain. Bought it with 0% monthly payments Very happy with the purchase ... show more

  • Fender & Supplier WTH?!
Guitar came with no outer box, just a thin layer of cardboard and a soft case, the box was dented, so was the guitar and the finish on the back side of it. E String was snapped, there was a ton of glue all over the frets where they forgot to remove and polish. They screwed down the pickguard too tightly, so you see bends in the pick guard like it's warped. Absolute piece of trash, I own several Fender guitars, I'm hoping this is a one off, but doing some research I'm seeing others complain about the QC of this batch of guitars. STAY AWAY! A Harley Benton tele would be a better instrument as far as fit and finish, just swap the pickups and you're set. Wow Fender and seller, OUTER BOXES DUDE WTH!? ... show more

  • Best Electric Guitar Ever!
Far and away the best and most versatile telecaster I’ve ever owned and I own four others.

  • Exceeded expectations
I own 30 guitars that range in price from $800 to $8000. I’m not going tell you it plays as nice as a very high end PRs or MusicMan guitar but I will tell you, it plays and sounds really really good. I think the skimp is on hardware and to minor degree craftsmanship/ detail (but not too bad at all). It does all the stuff right but doesn’t have that solid feel in the tuners or volume/tone knobs for example. All easily upgraded. It plays and feels great too. I expected that I would try it and return it but noooo I’m keeping it. By the way I do have an American Tele that I’ve had for at least 20 years and it’s great. This one keeps up with it very nicely and has many more sonic options. This is a solid guitar. Should have come with a hard shell case but here again, also a price point thing. The Mex Tele’s are apparently MUCH nicer than they once were. Buy it, upgrade it and have fun! ... show more

  • A Great Value for the Price
The Fender Player Nashville Telecaster is a great value for the money. It can give the player classic Telecaster tones and much more. The addition of the middle pickup can release Stratocster tones. The Nashville Telecaster is a great instrument for both the beginner and the seasoned player.

  • Solid Guitar--Very Impressed
I just bought this from Fender and received it yesterday. I was surprised to find it came with a gig bag and strap. Not a huge value, but unexpected and a nice surprise nonetheless. I had a Mexican Made Tele years and year ago and I can tell you that the quality is leaps and bounds above that guitar. It's immaculate and has a high quality, high craftsmanship feel. It was certainly playable out of the box, but the intonation is off and I suspect the neck and action needs some minor adjustment as well. Taking to guitar shop today for that. The pickups are generally noiseless but do have some hum under the right circumstances, but overall very, very pleased with the purchase. ... show more
