These are great, as expected for color and fabric. I was surprised at how comfortable they are. As I age, it seems like clothing is made for women who definitely have a different shape than I do, and usually when I try on shorts, I just give up and go with skirts. These remind me of shorts the way they "used to be made," for actual women's bodies. I could do without the "PLUS SIZE" label on the package. I am 5'6" and weigh 140. I ordered a large and have wiggle room. I'm not a lady bug, don't know why a large qualifies as PLUS SIZE. I hope they offer actual plus sizes for all the gorgeous ladies who would like to wear these comfortable shorts.

I’m small on top—but have full thighs and hips, so shorts generally look horrible on me (and I wear an extra small and top – – but generally need a medium on the bottom). I normally just wear sundresses in the summer – – but I was going on a trip to Costa Rica, where I would need something a bit sportier then sundresses, for hiking and biking around near a beach and a jungle. I was able to wear a small in these shorts without issue—and since the legs were wide with a little flare (almost like an a-line skirt), they didn’t make my thighs look enormous. For context, i’m 5‘6“ and 124 pounds. I bought both the pink and a beige colors— and both were great, although I preferred and ended up wearing the pink the most (I feel like the beige color was a little bit too light – – I would have preferred a khaki). These got wet from time to time, from the ocean and occasional rain, but they dried quickly. They got somewhat wrinkled in my luggage – –but I felt like the style was somewhat forgiving of wrinkles. All in all, I was so glad I had these on my trip. I basically lived in this and two other pairs of shorts. And i’ll wear them this summer too. Great product!

I love the look of these shorts - except for the fact that, when viewed from behind whilst wearing them, I can see my underwear clear as day. I'm sure with darker colored shorts than the beige that I chose this is less of a problem, but for these ones I'll need to choose nude underwear or a thong or something in order to avoid my underwear showing through too badly.

I am heavier and bought these for comfort. They didn't last past a few washes. They were but within a few washes the elastic strips were messed up and made it hard to wear. They are very short and not flattering if you are larger. I bet they work great for smaller gals. I would not purchase again just because they were ruined within a few washes.

The biggest issue I had with these shorts was that the material was very stiff and uncomfortable. The sides of the shorts kind of stuck out and were not really flattering. They also fit a bit tight around the bum and waist.
