Very beautiful tea set. Love the cups with actual three dimensional koi. The only issue is the straining holes on the teapot are a little too large for most loose leaf teas I can buy here. If you use with larger whole leaf tea like jasmine dragon pearls it is fantastic. I have a favorite oolong tea that is smaller and comes through the spout. Overall, I am pleased with the beauty of the tea set. If using with company, I would only use large leaf tea leaves. If there were a strainer and serving pot included this would be 5 stars.

This is a great tea set. It is very small but it is supposed to be that way. The Chinese use tea sets like this not just to enjoy a nice cup of tea but as a ceremony and way to enjoy small or personal amounts of tea. If you are looking to make full cups of tea this is too small for you and you'd want to look at American or European style tea pots. Everything arrived in once peace and was neatly packed. The koi fish are 3D in the bottom of the cups which is very cool, they aren't just painted on. When pouring from the pot you need to fully commit to the pour, because if you don't it will dribble and start to spill out.

Went to replace them, but suddenly went from a week transport to 3 month to get a replacement. Just kept the chipped one.

This is more of a personal tea set. Its beautiful with the handcrafting and painting. The koi fish in the bottom is adorable. Its also great for the warmed rice wine (aka sake). Each cup is the Suze of a shot glass.

I made this the centerpiece for my coffee table and it is adorable. It is saki size small so don’t expect a huge set but it is definitely really cute and worth the inexpensive price

At first glance of this set, I was astonished at how cute and pretty it was. I was so excited to give it as a gift, and it ended up arriving to my house two weeks early. One of the cups arrived completely shatters, another had a piece missing with a large hairline crack, and the pot is chipped.
