Update: We purchased 2 of these and used them daily for 8 months. Everything is accurate except for BP. That seemed to have degraded over time and basically gave the same reading no matter what.... even if you aren't wearing it. Otherwise, it's a decent basic fitness tracker and watch. I use a Bluetooth for earbuds a lot, so i had to keep manually reconnect the device to my phone... once connected, messages would come across. I wanted a watch with a basic tracker for steps and monitoring BP while at work. I like this watch, it’s stylish, easy to use and does it’s job for a great price. When it arrived, setup was easy, the instructions were clear…you need to download the keephealth app to set up your device….it’s in the instructions. The app is fairly easy to use. I took 20 minutes in total to really sit down and go through each screen, each menu and function of the device to familiarize myself. I did have a problem where the pedometer wasn’t automatically tracking steps and contacted the seller to see if there was a fix. I reset the device, tried it again, but it didn’t seem to fix the problem so I requested a replacement because I actually really like this device. I received the replacement the next day and the new one seems to be working perfectly. The other features of BP, O2 Saturation, heart rate and temperature seem to measure close enough. I took multiple readings across my Bp cuff, wrist Bp monitor and this watch and they were pretty close regardless if I measured at the front or the back of the wrist. I did have the band snug but not suffocating so I have one finger space of wiggle room. This device did run a bit lower by 2-5 points in my case but it was consistent with my other devices (there is variability allowed between methods and devices) was told by the doctor that it was okay as long as I have a baseline on the specific device and I know it’s close enough to my other devices that it will be a great indication if I am having problems. I tested O2, heart rate and temp with my digital thermometers and pulse ox machines and they were all the same. All of these measurements were taken across several days and several times a day (because science and proof). I feel confident in these measurements (across 2 of these watches also….) for the price of $30 I would say that’s pretty great! Customer service was nice and quick to respond. I am satisfied with their help. The app can be better, but it’s not the worse….I can see the potential. The workout mode is neat because you can track different activities besides the basic walk/run. I’ve added indoor cycling, yoga, jump rope, skating, jumping jacks and stretches to the menu and track these activities on top of my daily steps. Women’s health is a future upgrade to the app so it’s not available yet. I’ve just started to use the sleep tracker so I can’t speak much on that. The sedentary reminder and hydration reminders are great! You can adjust the time intervals for these reminders. There is a do not disturb function which I love. The alarm function is awesome….but no snooze. However you can set up to 4 alarms so if I set up in 10 minute intervals, I now have my snooze function workaround…. I might have to replace my cell phone alarm with the watch so I don’t wake the hubby as it just vibrates strongly but no alarm sound. You can customize the background to have personal photos. The touch screen is very responsive…maybe a little too responsive at times….if I cross my hands with a little too much energy and hold it, it will flip to the next menu item on the screen….I had no problems connecting to my phone to receive msgs and notifications and calls, you can only read, cannot respond or answer phone calls, but can reject calls from watch. I like that the app can “find” the device and the device can find my phone. Currently running day 4 on one charge and the battery is showing 75%…I don’t get many msg alerts but I wake it up a lot as I use the watch function for work and my reminders for various activities. There is a stopwatch function also. Honestly, I really think this is a great device for the price. You just have to know you are not paying for the expensive Fitbit (100% accuracy of health measurements)or the fancy Apple Watch (phone calls, music etc). So I settled and it’s a great compromise. I bought the wine/ burgundy color and it goes with everything! I loved it so much, I bought another one for my daughter, in purple, but I might want another for myself in white because I like to accessorize and this is affordable. The only problem is it won’t sync more than one device to the app so it’ll have to be tracked separately…but I really am just looking for on demand tracking. My kids and mother in law all loved mine so much they each had to have one. So now we all track each other and compete daily in our steps! Only "downfall" when it gets wet it registers that you are touching the screen so things can look weird for a moment. Once we figured this out it was easy enough to fix. ... show more

The plastic band is hot and sticky in the hot weather we've been having. The lift wrist to show light display only works some of the time. It really likes to light up when I move my hand after I go to bed. Kind of annoying to have a light flash on when trying to get to sleep. During the day it takes several hand raises to get the display to light up. Also no indication that battery us getting low. Haven't checked blood pressure readings against doctor's cuff.     • Dislike the band and question the accuracy

I like the colored text on this tracker but there are several things I dislike. The first is that the text is too small. It came with 2 bands, but the description didn't mention anything about needing a TINY screwdriver (included) to change bands. Also it was supposed to fit very small wrists and it does, but the band wraps completely around until it almost touches the face of the watch. The band is held down by a loop that is so tight that it's a struggle to put the watch on. I use this tracker mostly just for keeping track of steps, and I'm not sure of the accuracy. I wore it with a second tracker on my other wrist and they gave completely different readings -- this tracker said 2,000 steps more on one day and 1,000 steps less on the next day. ... show more

I wanted to get a fitness watch without spending the big bucks for a name brand, and I had great hopes for this watch. It's a nice looking watch and had the features that I was looking for. Easy to set up and customize (I really didn't want it notifying me every time I had a text or email, so I was glad that I could turn that off). And the battery does last a long time - almost 2 weeks. But that's where the good part ends. The step tracking is fairly accurate, but the sleep tracker is always way off - sometimes logging too few hours, sometimes too many. When I'm working out, the heart rate and calories burned are obviously inaccurate. Despite setting up the watch to show weight in pounds, it continues to show kilograms. And even though you can record weight in tenths of a pound increments, it doesn't seem to recognize that decimal point. At one point, when I tried to record my weight as 130.5, it recorded it as 1305 pounds. I finally had to reinstall the app on my phone and start from scratch. Very frustrating. I don't know if any of the other cheaper fitness watches work any better than this one, but you might want to try something different. ... show more
