I got these to help me ease back to weight lifting. I fractured my hand and therefore can’t lift heavy for a while! These came in handy, I am able to shift from 2 to 6 to 8 to 10 pounds (when I am ready!) I found a walking video and have been using these on the light side to do my “walking” video and they are a great addition to my workout! I have also found a HIIT full body video and used the 6# and gave me a good sweat! I am able to tuck this under the bed and taking them out is not a problem.
