I've tried atleast a dozen different body shapers, girdles, & waste trainers. I tried expensive one's & even tried the wrap around one. Nothing worked as advertised, some were inconvenient to put on & take off especially in the restroom, some hurt after wearing even less than 1 hr. Ladies, I love this purchase, I'm 5'7 & 225 lbs, I don't have a flat stomach or small waistline. This snatched me up in all the right places and I was comfortable for at least a good 4/5 hrs + going to the restroom was easy. My recommendation is take your measurements and go down 1 size. The ad suggested a XXXL for my size but I got a XXL and it was perfect. I will not leave home without it when I want that hourglass figure. This worked well for my body type.

I am a size 7/8 in clothing with a stomach and hanging fupa.(looks like 4-6 months pregnant flab) I purchased the (large) but i guess it wasn't the right size. I gave it a three star for comfort, fit and material durability. 1. It does not cover top back fat, it rolls down and sticks out of clothing while poking into your skin. 2. After a couple of uses the bands wear thin around the bone area of waist trainer 3. The bands can be much more wider and thicker in material. After about 2 weeks of wearing the bands are folding where I have love handles and is wearing thin on the sides at the seams. 5. It holds your stomach in pretty well until you sit down and the bands spread apart and your belly fat sticks out even with the middle band over lapping. 6. The cost is very well priced. OVERALL: I will be returning the one i have and maybe purchasing this one at a later time when I have little stomach and no back fat!!!

I’m 5’0 180 lbs size 12-14 ordered an XL initially. At first, it was a little hard putting it on and clipping everything with my tummy. However, once I finished it, it looked great! My waist went down two inches and you can see the hourglass look. The only downside is it’s very tight and the back is a bit uncomfortable but it’s manageable. Edit: I had to return it after making this review because it kept rolling over on my back, and I felt like I couldn't breath that well while sitting down. After seeing videos it said because it was too tight. I ordered the XXL and hope it fits when it comes back. It came in and fits perfectly! Overall 8/10 can’t wait to use it for my graduation dress!

I've ordered a few three segment waist trainers from FeelinGirl and they have all been the same with the exception of this one. The material is different and the area where the hooks are have a thick band. I wish I hadn't waited so long to open this product or I would've returned it.

The media could not be loaded. I'm 146 & just had weight loss surgery 8 months ago. This is a extra large. I loved the idea of this garment after seeing it on Instagram. I have the wrap but it's not as quick to put on in the morning before work. However, this one is $30 cheaper and easy. I didn't want to pay for it from independent shopes on Instagram and may have needed to return because of sizing and they're doing final sales with no return or exchange. We know sometimes size charts be off a little. I will be getting another one once my size goes down.

I love the material is a really good quality, the 3 belts model my waist and covers the love handles and squish my tummy you can bend , stretch and breath with no problem. Am size medium in cloths i order a medium size the size is perfect but i want it something more tight so i order a small size and i love it .
