Please get your correct size..this waist trainer is very good quality! The best that I’ve come across so far. The material is heavy duty and it will suck you in. The added straps add more support and makes it more compacted so even if you get one and can buckle the 3rd row, you can still adjust the Velcro’s straps for more compression. I used to wear the “squeem” but after discovering this I won’t go back. It’s worth it! But get your CORRECT size I am between a size 14/16 and I ordered the 2X..if I got the XL it would be too small, and if I got a 3X it would be too big so if you’re in between sizes I would say order the bigger size to be on the safe side. It’s supposed to be tight but not to the point where you can barely breathe or concentrate ... show more

This thing is built like a bullet proof vest! Soo heavy! Doesn't pinch, easy to put on. I am 280 pounds 6'0 tall and this covered everything! Mind you i have a very long torso so its not always easy to find a waist trainer that covers everything, so im very happy with my purchase! Its comfortable to wear but i do suggest you wear a Tanktop underneath. It makes you sweat a bit like a sauna suit. It stays on well and i suggest you size down! ... show more

Very pleasantly surprised by this waist trainer! The material is soft, stretchy, and much more comfortable than I expected. I ordered a medium (I’m 5’3”, 185lbs) and it fit really well without feeling overly restrictive or uncomfortable. I’ve tried a couple of other waist trainers before and ended up returning them because they were too stiff and uncomfortable, but this one feels much more wearable for longer periods. Looked nice and quality was good but it was way too big. I followed the sizing guide provided and measured myself only to have it be too loose. I was able to fasten it on the farthest in row and still had some space. Will be returning today.

I am always seeing waist trimmers especially on TikTok and I decided to look at Amazon for the FeelinGood brand and took the chance after the continuous thought process about which size to order. One I have back problems sometimes and hoped while I have to sit a computer some of my days it would provide support and this vest does that. I am 2-3X, 20 to 24 depending on designers in clothing. I will caution if no one else has about how these fit when you are thinking of purchasing a vest. The sizing is true to sizing because this a vest and because it is compression the sizing won't be the same as your clothes. It does go up to 6x however I bought the 5x and glad I did because I still had some room even on the first row of clasps as that is what this vest does when you put it on and the pull the straps around. If you reach around you can feel the first to the third as to how you can strap it around you when tightening it. When mine came in the mail it came in the correct packaging. I can slip it on over my head at press and pull it how I want it to sit on me. No matter what size chest you have this vest will give you a breast lift. I have been wearing it for a few days constantly and love it. This is the best investment I made and just ordered another compression product of a different type. I do think there can be an inch or two allowance to go up or down in this vest but you have make the best judgement call on which one you think. It is very comfortable and I can do housework, run errands. I would suggest when you first put on and wear it to do so in intervals to become comfortable in wearing. Obviously if you are pregnant this would be something to have for later date. Another thing to note is don't buy a vest that is skin tight or you are adjusting it where it cuts off circulation and you can't breath that is not why it is designed. Purchase the size close to your measurements. You should be able to put it on without turning colors and can breath and move comfortably. The vest does have stretch along with the straps . If you are looking to get started this would be a great started one. If you have a lot of join issues and have difficulty reaching behind you the company has a similar one like this that zips up for ease of use and also has the adjustable straps. This is the BEST trainer I’ve bought yet! It keeps you snatched BUT it’s Comfortable! And long torso friendly! The sizing - I’d say size down, I’m 5ft 7/8in 212lbs I took a medium and I got into it without a fight. I will say though! If you have upper back/under arm fat it doesn’t capture that area well!
