I've gone through many waist trainers before finding this one. The problem always was I kept ordering the wrong sizes. This one fits perfect not too tight and not to loose, doesn't hurt me at all. I did notice this one is cut very small. I'm 5'5 and I weight 260lbs, I ordered a 6xl. I've never worn a 6xl in anything so definitely size about three sizes up from your usual size for a nice comfortable fit. I look forward to ordering a smaller size as I improve on my belly size.

I am on day 5 of wearing this waist trainer and it tucks and smoothes your belly. I have tried other waist trainers and this one is the best for wearing under clothes. It is very long, which is great for coverage. The 2 straps for adjustment are great. I have had other waist trainers where they fit in your waist but aren't long enough or too loose at the top. I am 5'6 220lb (not a small belly) My only flaw is that it could use stronger boning/ support rods. I don't have as much support as others but still much better than without. This i definitely my daily "out and about' trainer but for more intense training or when I work out, I prefer a different one with slightly more support. 4.9 Stars would bee my true review.

The zipper causes the fabric at the end to fray and tear which makes it unusable and impossible to zip up. I got a second one and it is doing the same thing. Will be returning.

You will sweat a lot in this trainer. However, it’s not as forming as I wanted. It also scrunches in the middle of my back no matter how much I stretch it out, pull it up or pull it down and it’s hurts like crazy. It’s definitely more of a sauna suit type material so if your looking for an actual waist trainer this wouldn’t be ideal
