Don’t let the title fool you. This FeelinGirl Waist Trainer belt may indeed snatch your waist, but it is the strongest, best designed lumbar and spine support I’ve ever had . . . at a third the price of others. Out of the package, it had no smell at all, which in the world of support belts is a big plus. Many similar belts smell like new tires and have to be aired out for days, but this one was rather neutral. Yay! I put it on immediately because my old one is used up—curled in on itself and losing gription. The relief I felt having this vertical and horizontal stability decreased my perpetual pain and gave me a feeling of strength that was extremely welcome. For 30 years I’ve done physical therapy and medical massage, and I’ll definitely be recommending this belt. Yes, clients must attend their own health with good posture and strengthening exercises—so I don’t recommend any belt be used with the idea that a device might replace good conditioning. However—stability for walking and lifting is helpful. DETAILS: This offers the best Velcro I’ve ever encountered on any belt; it’s flat and wide and thick, and that speaks of longevity. Most belts fail first at the Velcro. This belt is also well designed, allowing for different shapes and sizes of bodies to be properly wrapped up. And this belt is also soft and comfortable in the right way. Plus, in my case, it ran true to size. Thank you to everyone who made this belt a reality. I’ve only worn it for half a day, but I’m very impressed. I wish I’d found this belt before (literally) spending hundreds of dollars on stinky, uncomfortable, and low quality devices.

True to size. Very easy to quickly put on/take off. Love the back support. Overall works well. Maintains its shape and the bones are high quality - they won’t cut into you like other brands. Wash by hand and let this trainer air dry.

True to size, it keeps you waist really tight, while hugging your abdomen as well. It’s also super adjustable as your day goes along. The back support and quality is great; I have been using it on a daily basis at work and for exercises. Definitely worth it! Will be buying more of this for sure! Thank you!

The sizing is a bit weird. I originally got a L but it was extremely tight. Like uncomfy tight. So this is an XL and the first layer of velcro wraps are perfect but the top layer that I pull tight is longer. No big deal but just odd, so I took on star. Other than that, this is very comfortable. The material is soft, yet functional and secure. The velcro is very strong and the boning isn't too much. I do wish it was just slightly wider to cover the whole torso a bit better. I have a waist trainer with the metal hooks to close it and that one is very big and bulky and not as comfortable as this one. The number of velcro makes it slightly bulky in the front but again, no big deal. Overall I recommend this one. My other one is difficult to wear all day do hoping this one is better in that aspect also but we'll see.

The snatch on this is amazing! I received today and after putting it on came straight to write a review. Haven’t worked out in it yet, but it’s very sturdy, and fits well. Very good quality for the price. Definitely great for posture. There will be no slouching in this. Lol! I’ll come back to and add pics but yes yes yes. Highly recommend.

Very pretty waist trainer with clip and then zip but did not fit. It was too small for me. The quality is good and the expected support appears to be great. Unsure of the sweating capacity but it is thick so I assume it will do the job!

The media could not be loaded. This waist trainer is one of the better trainers that I have used. It’s very comfortable and offers great back support. Not many trainers be comfortable to wear while at work but this one doesn’t bother me. Lastly, it was a pretty good price!

The media could not be loaded. This took my waist from a 39 to a 37, and I still feel like I can breathe and sit comfortably. The only thing I dislike is that it doesn’t reach the bottom of my stomach or the top of my ribs below my bust. Other than that though, it’s the best shape-wear I own now!
