Tight, but not suffocating. It does poke into my pelvis when I sit down, but holding the bottom out slightly before sitting fixes that for me. Effectiveness (while wearing it): It hides my love handles and apron belly. It immediately helped my posture caused by anterior pelvic tilt as well. If you’re trying to get waisted and for any heavy lifting, this is your waist trainer belt! It’s super strong and comfortable, you get a lot of grip and support BEST one I’ve purchased. It’s so good that I bought my mom one. I’m 5’2 ht 144lbs weight and I got a large and it fits perfectly. The smell of packing has a stinch but it’s manageable not too strong.

Looks very well made and will last me some time. I am able to move and workout comfortably and produces a great workout and sweat. This waist trainer is great quality and easy to do by yourself. I am 5’ 4” and got a large and it fits perfectly on my torso. The extra bands really help in giving that hourglass shape. I wear mine while working and it has great back support and very comfortable to wear almost to the point of forgetting I have it on. I have worn it consistently for about two weeks now and I have already noticed a difference. I have tried a lot of waist trainers and this one is definitely worth the money.

True to size!! 5’2” 216lbs I wear an XL shirt and ordered an XL band. This thing is TIGHT. I understand it’s supposed to be, IT SNATCHED ME UP. Ordered last night and got here this morning. Day 1 of training. It’s not uncomfortable, but the compression is there for sure. I’m wearing it to the office today so we shall see how it goes. My back feels STRAIGHTENED. The Velcro is CRAZY (sharp as well be careful). The stretch is amazing. Quality is there for sure!

So I’ve been waiting to write a review of this product, I absolutely love the comfort, durability, and the way that it literally sucks everything in! The one thing I don’t like is that it’s bulky so if you want to wear it under your clothes, it is not very discreet. Otherwise the product is made beautifully. It does exactly what it says. I am super satisfied with the product I just wish I could wear it underneath my clothes for the amazing shape that it gives.

I’ve tried so many of this kind but let me tell you this is so well made. I’m 190lbs, 5’7 and at first I went for a large but because of my body shape I have a small waist I had to go for a medium. After a couple weeks of healthy eating and exercise I ordered a Small and it fits great. Even if you’re overweight like me but have a small waist you should size down! It stretches very well.

I honestly thought this waist trimmer belt would be more substantial, like that of a neoprene back brace. I was surprised when I received it to see that it was basically several wide elastic straps with Velcro closures. I was doubtful of its effectiveness but was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a size small and it is made true to size to flatter your measured size. I am 5’4”, 120 lbs and have a 26” waist. The small was a perfectly nice snug and flattering fit where you can look amazingly svelte and still be able to function normally, bend over, workout, and breathe. It does not make you gross n’ sweaty at all. I think as long as you get the size measured for your body, it should last a long time. Excellent for posture and back support. The look while wearing it is not bulky at all; but rather a sleek hourglass curve shape. Works really well at everything advertised. The Velcro closures require a little bit of patience to get in place because they grab on really well to almost everything near it. Even tho I see folks wear this belt against their bare skin, I like to wear a thin shirt between my skin and the belt - but that is for my comfort preference only. The elastic against just may bare skin is itchy. The benefit of this waist belt is that you can achieve the most customized fit for your body shape because there are two base bands and one over the top. Definitely worth the price and purchase! Just buy it - but measure your waist and order the size that is indicated for your measurement!
