Comfortable and easy to get on and off. The zipper with velcro straps is the best design in my opinion. It's already hour-glass shaped so it doesn't cause fat curls over the top or bottom. I started out only wearing it at the gym, then realized it's unnoticeable under baggy shirts and can be worn with day-wear. To clean it I rinse it after each use and let it air dry or tumble dry (without any clothes so the straps don't stick to everything) and it's been holding up well so far. ... show more

This waist trainer will humble you! At least in my experience, you can’t just order it in your regular clothing size—you need to size up. I actually had to go up three sizes, and that was purely by chance because the size I originally planned to order (just two sizes up) was out of stock. Hola hola 🖐🙂. Just got it delivered today. I'm 5'4 , 33 to 34 in waist. I ordered the XL. I tried it on. It fits great around my waist. I like the 3 velcro fastners too. It fit my entire torso. I find it easier to put this on first then put on bra and remaining clothing. I will give an update as time goes on. Stay posted. 🙂 1st day wearing.... 😪 I was excited to wear this for my first day... Not good at all. The straps keep rising up. Horrible. Wish I had a better review for you all. Sorry for the view This right here is the bomb like it fit amazing U guys need to try these out am telling u it will not disappoint u unless u pick the wrong size smy waist circumstance is 29 and the down of my tummy is 30 so based on the chat M is between 28'5 and 30'5 L will be a bit large and it won't fit so I choose M bec I knew it it was the right size I wanted it not to be too tight or to loose just wanted it to be in a middle and it came exactly the way I wanted it. I’ve had this trainer for 3-4 years. Still works great. My only thing is, sometimes it bends and twist causing pain in my back. Other times I can wear it for hours and forget I have it on. Also the straps do tend to move up and down. Causing discomfort. I rate this trainer a 5/10
