I’ve purchased a lot of shape wear over the years and I found a lot of it just accentuated my lower stomach area. This one is the real deal! I rarely write reviews but I was super impressed by this. The lining with the clips and zipper really flattened my stomach and shaped me in a flattering way. I was also shocked you couldn’t see the texture of it outside the dress. I also recommend ordering typical size it was just tight enough. Sitting can be a little difficult depending on tightness but overall was perfect for what I needed as a 200lb 5’3 woman that holds a lot of weight in her stomach.

OMG This body shaper does that - it shapes your body!!! For the first time in my entire life I have a waste! I was so skeptical. I'm so glad I saw all the videos on Tik Tok. You see all the ladies actually putting it on. If it wasn't for that, I probably would not have even tried it. You really should by your normal size. I got XL. Now, it is not a true miracle worker, but it's about as close as it would come to that. It really drawn in the stomach, back and waste. It gives you a shape. Once you can get through fastening it for the first time you will see that it is actually pretty comfortable. I was afraid to sit down at first - I thought I was going to bust out of it, but it is truly made well. It is very sturdy. It is the first body shaper I've actually feel confident in. Buy it and enjoy it. Wait til you put your clothes on over it. You too will be in absolute awe.

Perfect garment for a stage one 360 Lipo with that grafting to the hips. It doesn’t squeeze your hips too much. It still gives you some support, but I will say, don’t get your normal size if you are using this as your stage one garment. go at least two sizes up. The material is perfect. It feels good on the skin, even though you should wear some type of tank top under it to support the garment not rubbing on your skin, and you should also wear your lipo foam as well. to create a smooth flat result of your lipo…

I ordered my size but it was too big on my stomach, it fit but there was a ripple if I sat down and it stuck out, I’m going to order a smaller size, and hopefully it will fit, I wear a medium to Large size 10/12 and some 14, it fit in the butt but not on my stomach, but I can tell this is the real deal, my daughter bought it first and told me to get one, it will hold in your lower budge But if it not tight enough it will bulge when you sit down. I will try the medium. I think it will work UPDATE: ok I returned this one and bought the smaller size and it was way to smaller I could not get it pass my thighs. So I will return this one, and either buy the larger one again and not wear it with certain dresses for church or find another brand, but the criss cross section does help with the lower stomach . I was hoping I could fit the smaller size.

First off, I think we need to be reasonable with our expectations with these sorts of foundation garments. I think there is certainly a bit of give and take with how much compression can be achieved and how much compression you can tolerate all day. I needed to size down in jeans after some weight loss. But I am still losing weight so I wanted to try to go down an extra size and not be bursting out of the top. As an apple shaped woman of 49, I figured might need a little foundation magic. Before ordering, I read a lot of the reviews. It seemed going by my actual measurements would get me a garment that would compress, but still be easy to get into and be wearable. Im 5'7" 218lb, 48, 40.5, 47. So I went with the 3XL. If your weight is distributed differently, you might take that into consideration. I do find the garment easy to get into. I wore it all day at work ( over 9 hours) and walked about 5000 steps. In general it was comfortable but I was very aware of it. The zipper top folded down over itself and was annoying when I was driving or sitting too long. But not a deal breaker for me. If you're sensitive, you could wear a longer bra to pad the area. The zipper area for using the bathroom is generously sized and was no problem other than requiring a bit of contorting myself to get it fully opened and closed. You may note from the photos that I do not shave. I was nervous about that zipper to be honest. I found I could pull the leg a bit to ensure I was not zipping myself into the thing and creating a serious problem for myself. My waist was nicely pulled in. My back was smoothed under my tshirt. No one could tell I had this on. My apron belly and pouch were slightly smoothed but not as dramatically as my waist. Shoulder straps have three size adjustments. I wore this at the smallest size and had no digging. I also was wearing a minimizer bra. The contouring seam up the back center made for a more flttering silhouette in the back of my jeans. I think if youre honest with yourself about your size and what's possible, you will be very pleased with this garment. I plan to continue to try to lose a lot more weight and wear these as needed to give a more flattering shape under my clothes as I do so.

I bought this on a recommendation that it would be good for my circulation and help support my muscles. I am 5"2 and 250. I originally got an XL from folks recommending that size as well as Amazon suggestion. That did not fit. I was not able to even get it past my thighs. I upped to the 3x and this was able to go up to my hips and past my butt. Getting my belly in was a challenge. I am very weak in the arms and carry most of my weight in my tummy as well as having damaged abs, the belly is really all over the place. It took three attempts to get this thing on, the trick was a grocery bag on my skin where the clasps on the front are. I left the entire suit clipped(but unzipped) , and then wiggled and pushed my body into the suit. Once it was on, I was able to clip the top three with some difficulty but easier than before. Putting this thing on fully unclipped as suggested just wasn't working for me. After I got it on and zipped up I was able to pull the grocery bag out and it allowed my belly to sit how it really should. It is TIGHT but feels good. The stitching is really great. I was worried that it would rip or break somewhere in my battle of getting this thing on but no a single hem ripped. The zipper operated smoothly and there was no tension. My body feels like my muscles are being forced to sit where they should be (something I struggle with when not wearing a faja). It seems to help with my posture too. Overall, i like it. Cant recommend it unless you know what you're getting yourself into, and maybe have a little help getting in this thing!

I took off one star because when I first received this product, it looked used; it arrived with stains on the bottom. Since this is an item that is essentially undergarment-adjacent, it was quite unpleasant. However, that’s a seller issue rather than a reflection of the product’s function, so I just returned it. I had originally ordered a Medium, but after seeing it and feeling the stretch, I realized it wouldn't provide the compression I wanted, so I ordered a Small instead. Second Impression & Fit I have to admit, when the Size Small arrived, it was well-presented—vacuum-packed, completely sealed, and included an extra accessory to extend the shoulder area. As for the product itself, the Small was fantastic! It fits perfectly and provides firm compression around my waist, smoothing out my curves and hiding back bulges. I’m honestly surprised that a product at this price point can do so much. I tried it on with a dress and it looked incredible. Performance & Measurements While it doesn't "tuck in" the hip area as much, it still looks great and achieved my main goal of targeting the abdomen and back. I highly recommend it. For reference: • Size Ordered: Small (for extra compression). • Usual Size: Medium in tops, Large in pants (I have wide hips/glutes). • Stats: 5’3" tall, 165 lbs. • Results: My waist measures 35 inches, and this brought it down to 32 inches. It looks wonderful! Final Thoughts An important detail: it feels comfortable. Despite ordering a smaller size, it was smooth and easy to put on. I can move and breathe easily. I also love that it doesn't dig into my thighs and the zipper remained invisible under my dress. I ended up liking it so much that I ordered another one in a different color!
