This air conditioner has been the perfect size for using in my master bedroom. It's large enough to cool the entire room down very well, as well as keep the connected bathroom cool. It's not overly loud at all, which has been great since I'm a light sleeper. My husband can sleep through anything it seems, so I ended up being the one who hear everything. So normally the compressor of an air conditioner kicking on and off can be enough to wake me up if it's loud enough. This one I haven't had a problem with. I like that I can use it just as a fan or as a dehumidifier as well. The way they designed this, it can be used for several different functions, so it replaces the need for a separate dehumidifier unit as well. I find that handy since dehumidifiers are just as large as these portable air conditioning units, so not having to have one of each saves on a lot of space, especially when not in use. This AC uses a hose to vent the heat to the outside, so it's not a swamp cooler style where he causes the moisture to go back into the air. Which is again much better for my area which can get humid. If you live in an especially dry/desert climate, a swamp cooler design might work better for your area. Overall I'm very pleased with how well this works and how much it cools down my bedroom, since it's positioned right where the sun hits it on the hottest part of the day!

Works OK so far. I feel I may need to add a device to override the way the temp works I hope it gets better when the temp is hot outside with the way it works. If I set it for cool and temp at 71 the room I have will get down to 68 and shut off at 67. It is not that cold outside and I think that is having an affect as it will overshoot the temp and bring it down to 64 with the fan on auto speed. If I run the fan on Mute/silence at it's slowest speed it works best and will keep it between 67 and 68, the temp I want at night to sleep. It is extremely quite on this setting. The room is small at 121 square feet and this thing is rated for 150-300 I think this and the outside temp is my issue. It works great with the app SmartLife and Alexa. The instructions are not great but it tells you the two keys you press down on the remote to pair it. Not sure why they give you a drain hose that is not long enough so you will need to buy a longer one to install it. I am impressed with the cost and how cold it blows and have bought the FeelFunn 24k unit. I installed the unit myself and had no issues. I bought this to lower my electric bill and be able to keep my windows free and opened on cooler days as I hated having my windows blocked with a window unit. I don't plan on using them for heat.

Just got this installed today by hvac company they didnt have any issues with the unit, pressure tested and vacuum tested no leaks. Unit was prefilled with refrigerant. Love that it is 120v power. Unit is quiet and moves alot of air. App im using is smart life, able to control the unit but i do wish there was a wattage usage option in the app.

Unit came damaged forced to keep it because we would have to pay for return postage. Also the 9000btu unit said it had wifi and was Alexa and app compatible it is not. Nothing in directions about or on how to connect the device to my phone or Alexa. Very disappointed if anyone knows how to hook it up post it.

I am very pleased with this mini Split, we got it installed a few days after arriving,. It came in two deliveries, 2 boxes which made it easy to move them around to our basement. The electrician had already ran wrote for the unit during the inroads remodel of the basement and the evacuation guy had no problem getting it booked up. We're using the basement for a home store when we aren't taking stuff back and forth to the flea market. It will be interesting to see how it works in the winter when her basement is so cold. This size is perfect for her basement size. The noise is just a small hum on thee inside when you turn it on when its running you can just barely hear it the outside is a small unit and is hidden under the deck. Air is working great which is what we are using now going into summer

I’ve got a slight advantage, I’ve been in hvac field for 25 years so install was easy for me. Works great and can’t beat price, I bought it on flash deal and will buy another when another flash deal comes up. Wasn’t completely done when took picture, still need to tighten up outside but saw this kind of install on YouTube, no hole in wall.
