This board has all the features I like, light, well finned, and perfect size. I had two problems. This is my second board from this maker and the fin system on my first was a different style and worked very easily. I could not install the fin. Customer service was quick to respond with a video, and later with fin replacements. In a world of long wait times, I really appreciate that; 5 stars! But neither addressed the real problem. The problem, as noted in an insert, is that the fin base gets bent from packaging, which they say will improve after several uses. But the fin can’t be installed so it is hard to use. After having invested a couple of hours, I was able to insert fins by pouring somewhat hot water (or try a blowdryer) on the base and by prying the tabs (see picture) downward. After the board had set a few days with the fin installed, it was easy to insert and remove it. The other problem is having loops on the side, presumable to install a seat. But every once in a while I would let my paddle slide along the board, it would catch, and that would propel me forward in a fall. Neither my wife nor I had fallen in three years; I fell twice and her three times. However, it was pretty easy to slice these off of the side and after that we had no more problems. Really like the colors and design of this paddle board. Fins were REALLY DIFFICULTY to put on the bottom of the board. Got the board almost filled up with air and then the plastic adapter on the pump broke. Sooooo.... Cannot use it to inflate the board anymore. I will try to contact the seller and see if we can get a replacement hose or new pump unit. ... show more

Right out of the bag the zipper tares. First chance I got to use it was days after the 30day exchange/refund date expired. No way to contact the seller except to leave this review. Hopefully someone makes contact. Only other issue was the fin install was a nightmare. I had to walk away from it but when I came back the next day they slipped right into place. Operator error on that I’m sure. Everything else worked great- waiting for someone to come out with a board that has a cup holder. ... show more

So far I've used the board once. I'm a complete novice and this board was great! The wider width helped with stability. The paddle broke after one use so I contacted the manufacturer - Fun Water - and they sent me a new one. Great customer service!

This is sturdy and looks fantastic. The only flaw is the fin does not fit properly into the slot that it was intended, so we had to work for two hours to get it attach properly. Finally, we shaved down some of the tighter spots and had two people pushing/holding the board, etc.

Bought for my wife, she loves it! While it’s not a big name brand, it’s great for the price and I think it will last a while! The manual air pump does take several minutes to get it aired up, but it stays aired up and is very sturdy. Only problem is the air pressure gauge does not work & when extending the paddle, it does not stay locked in place. Hoping the seller will reach out with assistance, but all in all a good buy! ... show more

But it took us a solid hour of straight sweating and manipulating the plastic with a bottle opener to get the fins to install and lock into place due to the fins being SLIGHTLY larger than the insert. I'm an absolute absolute paddleboarding beginner. If you are too, then this review is for you. I'd read a bunch of reviews about this and to be fair I think those are from more advanced users. And most don't apply to beginners. The things I liked: 1. Easy to fill up- The pump is single action and takes me exactly 5 minutes (i timed it) to fill the board to 12psi. The pump feels like a reasonable quality piece of kit. Not too good but not too rubbish either. A lot of people have complained about the pump in other reviews, i didn't find any reason to complain. Infact I'd bought an attachment to connect the board to my car inflator but haven't felt the need to use it. 2. The colours - it is a beautiful looking board. The colours are vibrant and the board is very eye catching. Ofcourse this can be very subjective. 3. It feels well built - nothing on the board feels cheap. The quality of the handle, the bungee cord, the inlet valve all feel like heavy duty. 4. Very stable and easy to maneuver - it is extraordinarily stable. Ideal if you're a beginner. Not to say that i didn't fall off of it. I did. But its a very stable board otherwise and generates a sense of confidence for a new boarder. 5. Carrying capacity - the picture is of one such test. 4 women. Totaling up to about 170 kg. Didn't seem like a problem. Rated at about 150kgs. 6. 3 fin setup - gives you choices and options for stability and maneuverability. The only board in this range where i saw the option for 3 fins. Things that could be better 1. The bag - its a low quality unbranded, plain black bag. Not sure how long this will last but it just about does the job for now. EDIT - I contacted customer service about the poor quality of the bag and how it was starting to get damaged and they were very very responsive - they offered me an option for their grey carry bag - which you see on the listing or a $30 refund to purchase my own bag - I have opted for the latter. Will update this review as and when I receive the new bag. Irrespective a huge thumbs up for CC responsiveness and customer focus. 2. The leash - should've been a little longer or a telephone cord type. It gets caught in the fins sometimes. Especially when you're getting back on after hitting the drink and you have 3 fins on. You also can only comfortably mount from one side - depending on which foot you're wearing the leash on. 3. The valve - on my second use, after pumping it up, as soon as i released the inlet hose the valve let pretty much all of the air out. This was fixed with a valve tightening tool that comes in the bag. I was just a bit surprised to see this on such a new board. Perhaps this happens often. As a noob i don't really know if this is an issue. These are very minor issues compared to the massive pluses for this board. Real steal if you get it around $200. ... show more
