I'm an absolute absolute paddleboarding beginner. If you are too, then this review is for you. I'd read a bunch of reviews about this and to be fair I think those are from more advanced users. And most don't apply to beginners. The things I liked: 1. Easy to fill up- The pump is single action and takes me exactly 5 minutes (i timed it) to fill the board to 12psi. The pump feels like a reasonable quality piece of kit. Not too good but not too rubbish either. A lot of people have complained about the pump in other reviews, i didn't find any reason to complain. Infact I'd bought an attachment to connect the board to my car inflator but haven't felt the need to use it. 2. The colours - it is a beautiful looking board. The colours are vibrant and the board is very eye catching. Ofcourse this can be very subjective. 3. It feels well built - nothing on the board feels cheap. The quality of the handle, the bungee cord, the inlet valve all feel like heavy duty. 4. Very stable and easy to maneuver - it is extraordinarily stable. Ideal if you're a beginner. Not to say that i didn't fall off of it. I did. But its a very stable board otherwise and generates a sense of confidence for a new boarder. 5. Carrying capacity - the picture is of one such test. 4 women. Totaling up to about 170 kg. Didn't seem like a problem. Rated at about 150kgs. 6. 3 fin setup - gives you choices and options for stability and maneuverability. The only board in this range where i saw the option for 3 fins. Things that could be better 1. The bag - its a low quality unbranded, plain black bag. Not sure how long this will last but it just about does the job for now. EDIT - I contacted customer service about the poor quality of the bag and how it was starting to get damaged and they were very very responsive - they offered me an option for their grey carry bag - which you see on the listing or a $30 refund to purchase my own bag - I have opted for the latter. Will update this review as and when I receive the new bag. Irrespective a huge thumbs up for CC responsiveness and customer focus. 2. The leash - should've been a little longer or a telephone cord type. It gets caught in the fins sometimes. Especially when you're getting back on after hitting the drink and you have 3 fins on. You also can only comfortably mount from one side - depending on which foot you're wearing the leash on. 3. The valve - on my second use, after pumping it up, as soon as i released the inlet hose the valve let pretty much all of the air out. This was fixed with a valve tightening tool that comes in the bag. I was just a bit surprised to see this on such a new board. Perhaps this happens often. As a noob i don't really know if this is an issue. These are very minor issues compared to the massive pluses for this board. Real steal if you get it around $200.

These were going on and off sale throughout the summer. Got 2 different ones for the grandkids to use. It's wide enough for them to feel safe using. Comes with everything needed. We have 2 other paddle boards, but they were a little more $$, so compared to them, the carry bags are ok, not as heavy duty as the other ones we have(again, these cost more). Material feel thick. Doesn't lose air once pumped up. One thing I didn't like, was the pump didn't have the deflate option. We used the one that came with our other paddle boards. It makes a difference when putting them away, timewise. Overall, can't beat this set for what you get at the time I bought it(on sale of course).

I recently received a paddle board. The packing is in good condition. I took some pictures of the unpacking process, and You can take a look the pictures I uploaded. I was so excited and looking forward to it when I got it. I checked every accessory in the package very carefully. Counted the number of accessories as described in the product details. And the SUP is the same as the picture on the website. The paddleboard is made of a very thick material. I did the inflation test, the pump is also very useful, the product does not leak gas phenomenon. The pump instruction is included in the product, which is very easy to understand and easy to operate. It's also easy to deflate. After standing still for a period of time, the gas will be discharged clean, and there is not much need to exhaust by your hand. Fold it the way they folded it before, just enough to fit in the paddleboard storage bag. It's very convenient. I am very satisfied with this purchase. This is a cool pattern on the paddle board. I like it. The product quality is also very good. The paddle board, all the accessories and the pump can be orderly put into the storage bag easy to carry. I highly recommend this product.

Update customer service has been great so far, they are sending out replacement fins and hopefully clips to. So update my review after the new fins come in. Although I will add that my friend just got this same board for mother day and the fins are the regular normal fins most boards come with. Same exact board, so I'm very curious to understand why some have the weird interlocking fins and other have the smooth fins. Hope they send me the right fins!! The board is beautiful I love it. Although the fins don't fit at all. When I was able to get just one on the clip that came with it snapped in half. So there I am at the water and can't use the board cause i can't get the fins on. Poor fin design since they are too big for the place they fit into and poor clips made from very flimsy plastic. I can't find a way to contact the company at all. I go to do a return and it wants me to pay over 80 bucks to return it!!! So maybe just maybe the company will see this and reach out to me to tell me what they can do about a board i can't use because I can't get the fins on because they are too big to be placed in where they belong and clips that I can no longer use cause they are snapped in half. I'm sure my reviews will change if I was able to actual use the beautiful board.
