The cat tree is extremely beautiful, I totally love it, was easy to assembly, the price is good, good quality of the good items, but a few pieces were damaged and I know this things can happen but I tried to contact the seller and he never reach out, didn't return because my son assembled it, and he told me when the tree cat was already done. This cat tree is a 5 star if all the pieces were delivered in good condition, I even thought to buy the different parts or maybe the delivery fee but still waiting for a response after maybe a month. My cat feels like a queen in this cat tree, she lives it, she doesn't even care about the damage, but I do, I can see them! Sad! UPDATE!! Finally I got to talk with costumer service and they send me the damaged and missing pieces, very happy with their service and costumer service!! 5 stars now for sure!!

We always wanted a larger tee for our cat, but never liked the price. This was a great size for the space and wonderful price. Our senior cat loves it. He plays with the jiggle balls, sleeps on multiple levels and has no issues climbing up or down. He likes to sleep on the top too levels. Study construction!

This cat tree was a wonderful surprise! It was packed very well, and easy to lay out the pieces as each piece has a number on it correlated with the instructions. The pieces were easy to put together and tighten as there was also a tool included so you didn’t need anything else to assemble this product. Once tightened appropriately, the cat tree is very sturdy. In case you have heavy cats or more active cats, you can attach the Kitty tree to the Wall and all the materials are included for this. Our kitty started using this cat tree before we even had it assembled and now it’s his new go to thanks for an incredible product. The price was awesome and we are totally pleased with the look and sturdiness. The main point is our kitty has a new high Lookout point that he loves.

Really great for the price. It's soft, sturdy, and pretty. My only complaint would be that one section is too small for a cat. My Oreo went to the scratching post right away. Also the instructions were delightful, with little pictures of kitties on every page. It's a bit smaller than the images make it look, but you can't beat 50 bucks

Okay user error but don’t go through the bag and pull out random screws. One IS shorter than the others and you need that at a certain point which I failed to recognize. It does say it in the directions I just missed it. As long as you read the directions it’s very easy to put together, very sturdy, and looks great! I do have a rather fat cat so there’s a little spot that’s way too small for him to get through but he can get to all of the main perching and sitting areas just fine and I like the fact that the hammock is towards the bottom. 5/5!

Pros: soft fabric, sturdy material, nice scratching posts, true to description and size. Cons: not very stable/ not big cat friendly. I know I have a pretty big cat. He’s not chunky, but he’s large. He is 17 pounds of muscle lol. I really wanted to look for a cat tower that could hold his weight. I saw a couple reviews mention their cat being 16 pounds and this cat tower worked out great for them. However, I unfortunately find this to be quite unstable for my cat’s size. Im going to try to make it work as best I can.
