I purchased this separately from a hammock that I got for my daughter. It's sturdy and she has had no problems with it. I just wish there had been more color options as she would have preferred white or a different color to black. It takes up a decent amount of space on her floor but she has a big room, so it works out, okay.

Easy to assemble. Dimensions are just right for small space. The bottom legs are a little bit wonky when swing is rocked. I tightened all the screws but it is still wonky. I tried using the swing and it doesn’t topple so it’s fine as long as I don’t swing in long angles.

It was easy for me to put together and it holds up me and my chair swing. I have only had it a few weeks, but it seems to be stable and sturdy.

The only thing that I did not like was the flimsy washers that came with the thing.. Everything else is good. It is easy to assemble. There is not any kind of adjustment and it does not swivel. You may or may not need extra spring/carabiner and it does depend on the length of the chair you have. Keep in mind that the fabric of the chair will eventually stretch with use and you butt may become too close to the bottom connection (you don't want to hit that). For my chair, an extra knot at the top hanging rope solved the problem (at least for now). The longer section of the base is forward and please, no swinging on this thing -this warning is on the instructions too ;-)

This stand is significantly shorter than what it appears. If you have a hammock you will scrape the base with your butt. It looks like they previously advertised the wrong height but now, instead of correcting it, they simply removed the height from the dimensions. The biggest problem is that they charge A LOT for a return so much so that it’s not worth returning it. Shame on Amazon for allowing this type of vendor.
