    • LEAKING VALVE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered this SUP on 5/24/2021, received it on 5/27/2021 and took it out for the first time on 6/4/2021. I really wish I could get this SUP a better rating but it leaks at the valve, which by reading other reviews this appears to be common. I still took it out for a little bit but during my time on the water, I felt uncomfortable, wondering how much longer I had until I was stranded in the middle of the lake. That evening I contacted customer service and their solution was to place a washer at the valve. So completely remove the valve and place a washer there and hope for the best. So now I’m dismantling this board myself and if that doesn’t go right then they really aren’t going to stand by what ever warranty they claim they have because the new damage would be caused by me. I’m so disappointed. You pay a decent amount of money and expect a product to work appropriately. I get it, things happen (like a leaky valve) but that’s when customer service needs to stand by their principals and help their consumer and not just say, “fix it yourself.” I will be returning this SUP and purchasing from a business that actually stands by their warranty. ... show more

I used this one time and it worked great. Went to inflate it again and the pump isn’t working. Very upset!
