Strong peppery flavor that indicates the presence of high polyphenols. Delicious, but not for you if you prefer a soft or delicate flavor. It certainly pack a punch. The customer service of the company that distribute it is far beyond what I expected. They sent me an email, immediately upon shipment, assuring a cash return or a replacement, if the product arrived damaged or leaking, which I find it very difficult to happen, thanks to the thick can and strong seal it comes in. It's a somewhat pricey product, but less costly than many other products with similar high polyphenol count (1003). I'm completely satisfied with this product and plan to purchase again.

I can absolutely taste the difference with this olive oil. I cook everything with this, not just my Italian dishes. Grab some Cento whole tomatoes, sauté your garlic and onions in this exact oil, throw it in the tomato sauce and you’ve got heaven.

After visiting Italy last summer, I wanted to find an EVOO that was compatible with the quality I had while on vacation. I learned Italians take a tablespoon every morning to reap the benefits EVOO and I wanted to continue that for when I returned home. I’ve been drinking a tablespoon every day for 9 months now. For the money, this oil checks all the boxes for me as far as quality, taste, and it is authentic to Italy. I use this oil daily and highly recommend.

I recently tried the Fattoria Bini Tuscany IGP High Polyphenols (+600mg/kg) Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Italy for the 2022 Harvest and 2023 Release. It's a family estate, so you can rest assured that you're getting the best quality olive oil. The flavor was incredible - smooth yet robust, with an emphasis on the fruity undertones. You could definitely taste the difference between this and other olive oils that I've tried in the past. It's perfect for those who follow a keto diet, as it contains no pesticides and is an excellent source of healthy fats. It's also great for sautéing vegetables, drizzling over pasta, or just about anything else you'd use olive oil for. I am an Italian American living in the USA (my family in Italy lives just North of Tuscany). While there is lots of "olive oil" to be found in USA, none of it in my experience is as fresh and tasty as the oil from Fattoria Bini - theirs seems to be the most authentic and best around and I am so grateful to enjoy it!

Too bad I waited over 30 days to open this olive oil or else I would have returned it. It is bitter and terrible. Ruined all my salad dressings and I couldn't figure out why I had such a rancid taste in my mouth. It was this olive oil. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
