Strong peppery flavor that indicates the presence of high polyphenols. Delicious, but not for you if you prefer a soft or delicate flavor. It certainly pack a punch. The customer service of the company that distribute it is far beyond what I expected. They sent me an email, immediately upon shipment, assuring a cash return or a replacement, if the product arrived damaged or leaking, which I find it very difficult to happen, thanks to the thick can and strong seal it comes in. It's a somewhat pricey product, but less costly than many other products with similar high polyphenol count (1003). I'm completely satisfied with this product and plan to purchase again.

It's a family estate, so you can rest assured that you're getting the best quality olive oil. The flavor was incredible - smooth yet robust, with an emphasis on the fruity undertones. You could definitely taste the difference between this and other olive oils that I've tried in the past.
