This is the second of these boats I purchased. Given the speed this boat is not for younger children although I've controlled the throttle while letting younger kids steer the boat and they thoroughly enjoyed this. It's extremely durable. I've bounced it off rocks in the river and slid it up sandy beaches. If the jet clogged with sand simple run the throttle in reverse in clean water to clear it. The battery pack lasts a long time. I purchased this product although I wish I was part of the Amazon Vine review team so I could get products for free.

This RC mini jet racing boat is fast fun! The jet powered watercraft has a water intake on the bottom and internal engine. This is so much better than the traditional prop driven boats because it avoids the algae tangles and there's no risk of injury from rotating blades. The boat measures about 13 1/2 inches long and about 4 1/2 inches wide. The height is just shy of 5 inches. There are two figures that give it that realistic look of drivers wearing helmets. There are also two rear red LEDs that allow for late evening and low light boating. I got the lime green version which I found provided great visibility in the water. The boat is very sturdy. It is heavier than even some bigger boats I have. The engine is powered by a 1500mAh battery. They include 2 of them and each one gave me at least a good 15 minutes of drive time. This boat really moves quick. The controls are very responsive and my daughter easily operated it at the lake. The range is impressive too as I had it at least 100 yards away. There is a low battery warning which is nice because it gives you time to get back so that you're not left stranded. The boat has self-righting technology for peace of mind. If you flip, it rights itself so you're not having to swim out to get it. This is a great beginner RC boat and it comes at a decent price for what you get. It's quality made and a lot of fun.

Picked up this Fast RC Speed Boat in green and it’s honestly way better than I expected. It’s super quick — it takes off the second you hit the throttle — and the steering is really sharp, so you can make tight turns without it flipping or losing control. The jet propulsion is the best part though. Since there’s no prop sticking out, you can run it in shallow water, pools, or spots where other boats would get stuck, and it just glides right through. The two 1500mAh batteries give you a decent amount of run time, and swapping them out is easy, so you can keep going without much downtime. The boat looks great on the water too, really clean and sporty. Only thing is the stickers peeled off almost immediately once it got wet, which was kind of funny, but the boat still looks cool without them. Overall, it’s fast, responsive, and just a fun little boat to mess around with in pretty much any water.

This RC boat is an absolute blast and performs exceptionally well. The jet propulsion system is great because it handles much better than traditional propeller models and does not get caught in water weeds or debris. It is surprisingly fast for its size and reaches impressive speeds that make racing on the lake or in a pool very exciting. The design is compact and durable, making it easy to toss in a bag for a day trip. I really appreciate the waterproof seal and the fact that it comes with two batteries, which provides plenty of extra drive time. The remote is very responsive and the low battery warning is a helpful feature that prevents the boat from getting stranded. This is a high quality jet boat that offers great value and lots of fun for any skill level.

The jet propulsion on this boat is a major upgrade over traditional propellers because there are no external blades to get caught on weeds or debris. I found the 30kph speed to be quite fast for its size, and the internal water-cooling system helps keep the motor from overheating during longer runs. The hull is effectively sealed, so I didn't see any significant water entry after using it in a local pond. It feels agile and responsive, making it a great choice for smaller bodies of water where a larger boat might struggle to maneuver. The inclusion of two batteries is a huge plus, as it doubles the active play time before needing a recharge.
