    • Works, but might be slightly loose fit
I marked these as easy to install, because they themselves are easy to install - the car makes removing the existing filters a super PITA, but that’s not the filters’ fault. They seem to be working great, but the fit didn’t quite feel as snug as I’d hoped. Next time might try HEPA.

These filters look decent. I'm sure they work fine. However, I compared these filters with the stock OEM filters. These are made in China; OEM is made in germany. This product is of noticeably lower quality than OEM - it is flimsier and flexes more easily. Seeing this difference, I also weight the stock filters vs OEM. These filters weigh in at around 221 grams (2 filters). The OEM versions weigh in at 397g - nearly twice as heavy! I'd be surprised if some performance characteristics were not negatively impacted by this significant difference in weight. My advice would be to buy the tesla OEM filters for $35 ish. The decrease in quality is not worth the small savings. ... show more

    • Decent filter if you can not get the originals from Tesla
These are perfectly adequate filters, although not good enough given the small price difference between these and the ones available directly from Tesla. They are exactly the same size as the Tesla filters and the tabs are in correct positions making them a drop in replacement for the original filters. Unfortunately, the filter medium does not appear to be anywhere near as dense as the Tesla filter so I do not expect they will last as long. Nor is this filter as sturdy as the original one. It also lacks the foam seals around the perimeter to ensure it seals properly when installed. These filters are fine if you are unable to get ones from Tesla, but otherwise they are not good enough given the minor cost savings. ... show more

    • Side wall of the filter is not thick enough, hard to insert, OEM is thick and sturdy
I gave overall 3 star cuz the lining square of the filter is rather soft and thin the original one is very sturdy and thick. soft border when you push it into the air compartment it is bending and little crooked especially if you have super tight space or if you cant get the orange cable out of the way. mine is 30k, next year I am going to check if the manufacturer is fixing this or making the border thicker or sturdier, if the product still the same, I will be re purchase, I just buy the OEM with ticker side borders. ... show more

It took a while to select this particular air filter as there is so many in the market competing but the price point was alright for what it does which is to filter the air coming through from the outside in the car's cabin.     • Stick with the OEM version
I was looking forward to these filters to "enhance" the factory filter with supposedly better odor control, etc. And maybe they do that. But be aware that these filters are slightly, but noticeably, smaller than the OEM version which may or may not impact the seal and their ability to do what they are supposed to do. The OEM versions are a bit thicker and probably a millimeter bigger in width and length. That's doesn't sound like much and it isn't, but whereas the OEM filters stick in place, these filters drop down freely. For the small difference in price between this and what Tesla sells directly, I will stick with the OEM version. ... show more

    • Not as good as OE filters
I was hoping these would be an equivalent, but cheaper option than the Tesla version. The filtering is not nearly as good, however. With the OE filters, I can drive through smoke and never smell it. With these, I smell almost everything outside, even with recirc on.
