The media could not be loaded. The vanity arrived with some damage to the box, and one piece of the dresser was slightly damaged. It wasn’t enough for me to return it, but it's worth noting. The shipping carrier was mostly to blame, though the packaging could be improved—a thin sheet of Styrofoam on each side just isn’t enough for proper protection. The instructions consist only of pictures, which can be a bit confusing. At one point, I accidentally installed the bottom part of the dresser backwards, which prevented the back panel from sliding in. I had to backtrack to fix it. The mirror is quite heavy, and while I managed to install it by myself, having a second person would make the process easier. Aside from that, assembly went fairly smoothly. I really love the amount of drawer space. I also bought a clear plastic mat for the top to protect the surface. The quality of the vanity is decent overall, though there are a few spots where the paint has bubbled. The glass squares on the top don’t fit perfectly in their cutouts, leaving some engineered wood visible—something to keep in mind, as makeup could easily get trapped in those gaps without a protective mat. The mirror is large and looks great. I appreciate that the lights have multiple tone settings and can be dimmed. However, even at the brightest setting, the lighting isn’t quite strong enough for my preference. I added my old vanity string lights, and now it’s perfect.

After a month of use, this product has held up impressively well to my daughter's daily handling. Assembly was straightforward, and the instructions were generally easy to follow. We did encounter one minor issue: a missing sleeve for a cam lock bolt. However, this didn't compromise the build's integrity, as I was able to use one of the extra dowel rods in its place. The design feels sturdy, and all the drawers fit together nicely for a clean, finished look. A helpful tip: pay attention when assembling the drawers, as they need to be inserted in a specific order to achieve a flush closure – it was a bit like a puzzle, especially with the smaller ones! The touch-controlled light strip in the mirror is a great feature, offering three different light tones: a very bright white, a softer incandescent-style light, and a mix of the two. It's quite bright and makes makeup application easy (though my daughter declined to be in a photo demonstrating this!). Overall, this was a very good purchase, and we wouldn't hesitate to buy it again. In fact, my wife is now interested in getting one for herself!

We bought this as a potential desk for my daughter. Unfortunately, the depth is too shallow to use as a desk as it is only 16 inches deep. This was a problem with me, not reading the description well enough rather than the product itself. The box the product comes in is about 125 pounds, so make sure you have two people to be able to move the product wherever you need it for your final assembly. There are many many many panels within the box that you will be assembling over the next five hours. All of the panels are very clearly labeled on the end and all of the screws are clearly labeled in individual bags. I would recommend sorting all of the panels by number before beginning the project as it will simplify tracking down pieces at each step. Included with the hardware is a Phillips screwdriver and an Allen wrench for putting together the various pieces. With all the dozens upon dozens of screws, we found it. It was much better to have a manual ratcheting type of driver with both Phillips and the appropriate hex head to be able to fasten all of the pieces. Even with the ratcheting head, we got a major forearm workout putting all these pieces together. With either the included screwdriver or the ratcheting head, you need to make sure not to over tighten the screws as they can strip out, especially when applying the tracks to the drawers. The only real problem we ran into during the assembly was in placing the back panel to the vanity portion of the product as it seemed to be about a half an inch too long to fit in the slot. After trimming down the panel, we realized that the panel that provides the leg support to the far left side of the vanity (the three drawer part) is not very rigid and was actually at a slight angle, which accounted for the length discrepancy. We were able to make it fit together and hold together adequately as the panel is on the back of the drawers and not really seen. So make sure if the back panel on the vanity component does not seem to fit that you adjust the far left panel and it will fit perfectly. The six drawers on the right hand side seemed to fit perfectly and moved on their tracks very smoothly once completely installed. The drawers inside the vanity part had a little tighter fit, with the far right drawer, kind of catching on the top, but I think once it gets some weight from whatever products go into it, it should pull it down just enough to have a smooth fit in and out. The mirror is very nice, with three different light settings and seemed very durable. I am a little worried about having to move this anywhere other than where it currently sits as the Vanity side of this does not seem very sturdy. The drawer side of it seems very sturdy and very solid. I think I would probably partially disassemble the vanity side before actually moving it anywhere. My box came damaged from shipping, and I reached out to the seller before even opening the box to let them know in case there was damage. They were very responsive, and said to let them know if there was any damage, but it seemed to be packaged well enough that once we got all the pieces out, we couldn’t see any broken pieces at all, even with the damaged box. So two thumbs up for their customer service responsiveness. Would I buy it again? Probably. It took a lot longer to put together than I thought, but the directions seemed pretty clear just a lot a lot of screws to put together. I also wish it was a little deeper depth so it would’ve have been better suited for our purposes, but again this is not a defect of the product just of my reading skills.

Even if the box came little dented by delivery, everything was packed in layers of foam and was not damaged. The assembly is pretty straightforward with two or three challenges - like fixing the mirror. If I had someone else to give a hand for a moment it would make the assembly easier. It took me about 5 hours from opening the package to complete product. I liked all items are numbered. The mirror has build in lights of different color temperatures. The whole thing is sturdy. The size was just right for me to fit between wall and door. I think it worth the money. *Llama on photo is not included.

I let my daughter pick out a vanity and this is the one she chose. It took about 3-4 hours to put together and the instructions were easy to follow. I do think they should maybe split this into two shipping boxes as it is very heavy and you will need two people to lift, UPS and Fedex need to stop trying to delivery these boxes with one person (or use a dolly...), they beat up these boxes to the point where the first one I got was damaged and the second one was also beat up, but thankfully not damaged. Customer service was great and sent out another one due to UPS damaging the first. Pros: - Easy instructions to follow - Sturdy material - Beautiful design - Decent Price Cons: - Need to split package into two sep boxes.
