I received the fireplace very quickly. It came in 2 separate boxes. One the heater and the other was the wood, glass and all parts. They both came on the same day. The box that had the wood in it was extremely heavy and took myself and a friend to carry it in the house. I am a woman in her 50's so a strong person could probably do it on there own. The instructions were pretty easy, but man there are alot of parts, but all parts were there. The wood on this fireplace is heavy and good quality, not the cheap wood. It took about 4ish hours to put together, and is absolutely gorgeous! I love it, the fireplace lights up what ever color you choose (7 differeny colors) in the cabinet in addition to the color you choose for the fire as you can see in the picture I had it on purple. You are also able to choose how warm you want the room the heat putout is great. The other nice feature is you can choose the temperature and it automatically comes on and off to ensure the room stays at that temperature. It has pretty good storage there is 2 drawers to hold thing such as the remote it comes with and any other things you need but don't want everyone to see. The glass cabinets are a great place to put cute knickers, videos ect.... it defiently is well made enough to put a big T.V on it if that is what your wanting to do. I have to day i am always nervous about buying things online, you just never know what your going to get and if it is Good quality. I can't say enough about how beautiful and good quality this fireplace is. I would highly recommend it.

Build quality is satisfactory for the price point. Under $500 so you can expect particle board with the top being solid wood which is the most important part as it will most likely (?) not heave when I actually place the television on it. It looks like the picture so nice looking piece of furniture. Directions could use actual words not just pictures. Took 4+ hours to put together as we were very careful to follow exact directions. It was missing (2) holes which my mate was able to drill in (if you own one). For under $500 it is fine. It is not a forever purchase of quality furniture. The fireplace is exactly what I wanted. Nice flame selection, amble heat if you want it on. Flame is LED so if you like the look (I do) it is lovely. I do like the crystals over artificial logs.

i was hesitant to buy self assembled furniture as it always looks and feels cheap. NOT THIS. is is beautifully made. i assembled it myself. works perfectly. looks great. love the drawers and display areas. i am so happy with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. So pleased with this piece of furniture! It looks great, is very sturdy, and the fireplace emits a perfect lighting. Not too dim and not too bright. I love having a remote control to operate the fireplace. It’s a perfect size for my space and the storage cabinets are an added bonus for me! It was time consuming to put together. It took about 2.5 hours. My husband and I worked together. It has a hundred plus pieces, so I would lay out the pieces and hardware for the next step and he put it together. There were moments we had to work together to complete a step, but overall it was pretty simple. The Allen head wrench was a pain in some spots, so we used a torque head bit for speed. Power tools can cause the wood to split, so use caution if you go that route, but had we stuck with just a screwdriver and the little wrench provided, it would probably have taken us twice as long to complete the build. I love it and I would buy it again!

Was this piece a lengthy one to put together, yes. But the directions were clear, just a lot of pieces. But it came together beautifully! It’s exactly as pictured and a perfect addition to my living room. It says clearly on one of the product pix that it will come in two separate packages. But only one tracking number was on order, so it did cause some worry when it was marked as “delivered” with only one box on my doorstep. But second one came the next day, and a response came fairly prompt when I had sent a message to the seller about other tracking. Don’t hesitate buying though! Worth the money! Looks great and heater works good! Even on lowest light dim settings, side led lights in cabinet are still a bit bright. But if it bothers you, it’s easy to just detach those and allow the mood of lights on fireplace set the tone of room on its own.
