For the price, this is a pretty decent NVME drive. The Fanxiang 2tb drive came complete with all of the necessary materials (screw, screwdriver), was quite easy to set up and is working great so far in my desktop PC. Based on my observations during the past month or so, it's running a little bit faster than my previous (WD Blue) NVME and I've noticed that some applications are starting up noticeably quicker too. Overall, a pretty solid purchase. Update (March 31, 2026) I had this drive working well for almost 2 years and it suddenly stopped working earlier this month. I was fortunate enough to save all of the important data since it will randomly turn itself on long enough for me to back up the neccessary stuff. Since it had a 3 year warranty, I contacted Fanxiang (by email) and explained the situation. They replied very promptly, offered help and several solutions to which I tried but did not solve any issues. Their customer service center was really helpful and kind enough to offer a full refund for the drive, and that transaction was processed the following day. While I was rather disappointed that the drive failed and stopped working, I was extremely satisfied with their service and would certainly purchase another drive from Fanxiang in the future. ... show more

Received on time, the product was packaged well. It came with the needed hardware and to my surprise it came with the screw driver needed. I installed in minutes and was able to format and use the drive in no time. I also want to point out the tiny screw that came with it was sealed with a quality sticker so I didnt lose it opening the package, nice work on that. SSD arrived today, Install went fast! If you are worried about getting that super small set-screw in the motherboard standoff, Don't fret... They send a small screw driver with the SSD! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package and seen it! I had to do the process of the PC picking up the new drive, It was also fast, easy and it is now happily seated inside its new home and working. 10/10 will be probably ordering another to replace the 500gb drive I have! EDIT 6/14/25 SSD is dead in the water, Not sure what happened as I only moved 1 file over to it. Now its stuck in "READ ONLY" mode. At the moment I am speaking with the manufacturer, Hopefully we come to a conclusion that leaves me with a working SSD. Leaving 5 stars until this gets resolved. I'll update when that happens. 2nd update. Seller reached out to me immediately wanting to resolve this problem with a refund. Life got in the way, I am not penalizing the seller for my life being busy lol. Overall a good seller, Idk why the product failed but they went out of their way to fix it.. 3 out of the 3 2TB drives I bought have now died in only 1.5 years. I bought these to use in 3 small form factor desktop PCs, all developed the same symptoms within 18 months: system froze, then refused to even POST. No indication of life at all. When you remove the drive it works just fine, drive back in and it fails again. This is not the only instance of these drives failing in the reviews. This drive will fail, the other reviewers just don't know it yet. ... show more
