Our immediate neighbors' kiddos all got these, so clearly we needed them also. At the sale price, we opted to go for the "upgraded" 12V N7 Ultra version, rather than the Pro N7 that is usually around $30 cheaper. I cannot stress enough, how much more quietly these run - nearly silent. The upgraded and slightly larger wheels on the front steering/drive mechanism seem to be better built; however, we have yet to determine if they are actually more durable. Otherwise, they are very comparable, in features, to the N7 Pro models. The charging indicator is a bit nicer and has a red and green light charge level indicator/level. C-type USB charger cable is included with a standard USB on the other side, for which you will need to have a plug or USB port available. Assembly straight out of the box is super easy and literally only takes 5-10 minutes - unboxing everything took more effort. Have a standard Phillips Head screwdriver handy, as you will need it for fastening a screw. It is recommended to fully charge the battery, prior to use, but our scooters seemed to have a 3/4 charge on it, when unboxed, so an immediate test ride was able to be made by our super excited children. The seat needs unfastened, by undoing one screw and then popped off to initially connect the battery plug. All this is very easy and well described in the included instruction sheet. Run time appears to be easily over an hour, once charged, if not ran continuously non-stop, which most kids won't do anyway. On the bottom of the steering column/drive unit, there is a switch, that can select either a slower or a faster drive option. We like the fast option, but smaller kids may benefit from having the slower speed option available - this may also be more kind on your battery life/run-time, but we will never know. Blu-tooth connection can easily be made, by pairing a mobile phone or tablet, so the on-board speaker can provide streaming audio, for the ride. Light display can be changed by rotating/cycling through a few options with the power button and the lights will pulse to the beat of music, if you opt to play any vie the mentioned blu-tooth connection. These are awesome and our kids love them.

The media could not be loaded. I wish I could leave 0 stars! Purchased 2 as Christmas gifts for my kids on November 20th. Opened on December 23rd, charged fully, then gifted on Christmas morning. My kids love them and rode them all day Christmas Day. We put them on charge that night (Thursday), and rode them again the rest of the weekend. Plugged my sons in this morning (Monday) and it charged for about 5 minutes before it started doing the chime it does when powered on. It did that consistently about every 30 seconds while plugged in but never charged. He still had a little battery so he rode it a little while then I thought I’d charge it again. Same issue again, but this time the lightning bolt charging indicator wasn’t showing. I parked it and decided to email the company, thinking maybe his just had a faulty connection or something. I got my daughters out for him to ride since she was not home. A few hours later, we plug hers in and what do you know, IT WONT CHARGE!!!! Continually chiming just like the other. The charging ports stay covered when not charging and I have only use the chargers included with the cars. I have 2 very upset kids! I am waiting to hear back from the company and may update my review then depending on the outcome.

Updated: received a quick response from the seller with tips on how to try to fit it and an offer of a free return label if we cannot. Amending review as any product can be defective but customer service seems great. Shortly after setting up, the car started throwing an “E0” error and would not work. I don’t think I should have to pay expensive shipping to return an item that is defective. I’m hoping to hear from the company, but I have a crying kid and a 160 dollar broken piece of plastic right now. It was fun for about an hour of play.

While the person I purchased this for is on the young end, this was a well designed and fitting size for them. Works well and seems to be holding up after 3 weeks of pretty constant use. Easy to put together and battery seems to hold up well on hard surfaces.

My 8 and 4 year old love these! They’ve been on them all day! Very easy to assemble and it’s great that it has a high weight limit so these can be used for a very long time. The battery died and one makes a very loud annoying noise while charging. I’ve tried powering the unit off but it comes back on. We could not pre charge them for Christmas and it’s crazy we have to hear this sound every time we charge it, leading to 4 stars.
