    • Convenience almost makes up for the lack of power

I saw this on a 3D printing channel and thought it would make a great accessory for my printer. I love the form factor and the way that it holds all of the attachments in one place. The whole kit is nice and lightweight, even with a surprisingly long-lasting battery. The rotating magnetic holder is functional and genius, and the tool itself exudes quality in a sleek form factor. I can use it for the whole charge with barely any noticeable heat build-up. I took away 1 star because the power isn't quite up to snuff. Even comparing it to my cordless Dremel (not to mention the corded one), it's a little lacking. I don't know if it's the speed or the torque, but something doesn't hold up. It stalls out frequently with only light pressure, which makes it good for deburring and sanding, but not so good for actually removing material. That said, it's a great tool for cleaning prints, and I'm not mad that I got it. It's a valuable addition to my printing kit. ... show more

Outstanding fit and finish. Very comfortable to grip unlike a standard Dremel. You’re able to hold it more like a thick marker, using it is more like drawing and less like holding a tool. Which makes it very easy to control. The bits are sharp. The bit holder is easy to operate and get bits in and out of. I love that I can put everything away and close up the packaging and then plug in the charger and let it charge. The battery life has been more than adequate for everything I’ve needed it for. The slower speed on the bit makes it very easy to control, and very easy to carve very small and delicate things. I use it for trimming up and cleaning up my 3-D prints. It doesn’t have the horsepower of a Dremel for bigger projects, but it is way more delicate in capable of much finer work than a Dremel. ... show more

This is hands down one of the best, many sculpting rotary units I have ever used. It is better, then all the rotary tools, just with the fact of how well it works. How little noise it puts out and how extremely comfortable it is in the hand the unique way of storing tools is fantastic. Especially for those carvers on the go, bring just the bright tools that you want start in the case, and they stay in there because it's magnetized, they don't flop. Around and they don't bounce around, and they don't dislodge, and you can have at least 40 tools with you at any given time. Now, keep in mind there's a single collet, so your shank, on all of your tools will be the smallest of your collets.But what comes with the tool is exceptional ... show more

I feel like this product does deserve this five star rating... really cool design. I did however break it. It worked very well the first several times that I used it. Then against my better judgment I used it to cut something that really should have been cut with a larger size tool. When used properly you will likely not experience the malfunction I caused. A good tool but not the most powerful when it comes to using on metal. after using it on the metal material i was trying to shave down i couldn't get the bit acceptor piece open, took many tries and alot of elbow grease, the mechanism to put bits could use improvement.
