Overall the chair seems well built and sturdy. It comes with different parts than what is advertised however. The entire mechanism is the standard design on normal chairs vs the style advertised ( which is the design used on the expensive chairs this is a copy of ) . I personally find this is unacceptable to do as online seller. When you buy something online it should come as the item you intended to buy. There shouldn't be any surprises. I would return it just because of that….but the chair was allready half built by the time I realized. The chair feels good and hopefully it holds up. ... show more

If you’re putting it together yourself, be prepared to be frustrated. One of the plastic covers was cracked, but luckily you don’t notice on the finished product unless you look closely. It’s definitely not the best chair you can buy, and especially not worth the $250+ I spent, but it’ll do for now. I would never buy again, however, as overall it’s not worth it. The chair was delivered to my door with a nice package. It took me 40min to assemble it with clear instructions, and then it brings me the BEST gaming chair using experience! It solves the problem of my neck pain and the cushion is really soft with the support around my waist. The massage function is so comfortable compared with other gaming chairs. As a person working at home, the adjustable back is a really amazing function, it definitely helps when you take a short relaxation during your work time. I bought this chair because I'm a big guy. 6'2, 340 lbs. When I bought it 9 months ago, I weighed 360 lbs, for anyone curious. The adjustable part of the chair stopped working about 4 months ago. I had the chair at the highest height, because I need it and I feel like I'm sitting in a toddlers chair with anything less the way my knees bend, and the seat just slowly sinks. These days there's nothing slow about it. It will sink over a few minutes instead of a few hours. I'm not rough with the chair, being a handicapped individual I can hardly stand to be rough at all, and I don't let my kids anywhere near it. At most I've held 5 lbs in my arms while in it. This chair and company do not appear to be worth buying from. I've had walmart chairs last longer when I weighed 400 lbs. ... show more
