The packing is something I've heard is a big problem with products like these but in all honesty it was above average, the box was slightly open cuz the stapples had come loose but if say that's more on ups's part, the sword is great quality but fingerprints are very evident on it so if you plan on using it strictly for display I'd recommend using a cloth or gloves when mounting it. 10/10
