It's always a sad time of year when it's time to winterize the camper in Wisconsin. I don't use rv antifreeze except in my drain traps. Instead, I use compressed air to blow the water out of my lines to protect them from freezing. This easily attaches to my water inlet on the camper and the nice thing is it has a pressure gauge right on it so you can assure you don't use too much pressure which will damage your water lines. I usually keep it at 40 to 45 PSI and that seems to work great. Just start with the farthest water line, open the valve and wait until all the water is blown out of the line. Easy Peasy, I only use one gallon of antifreeze in the traps, so Im not buying a lot of it when I don't need it. Great tool for your camper and honestly, everyone should have one.

I have wet stored (winterized) my rv for the last several years. I have always been worried about too much air pressure and hurting my RV lines. This tool has a pressure gauge and a metering valve that gives me perfect control over how much air pressure is being applied. Great tool.

This is a basic and straight forward adapter. It comes with a Male-Male adapter so you can use this on the inlet or outlet of a system. The adapter does have a pressure gauge but it is not regulated - and control of the pressure is by opening and closing the ball valve but it works fine. The valve does not have stops - it rotates 360 degrees - so open/closed/open/closed - you have to look at the arrow to know where it is but I didn't find that a problem when the whole task only takes a few minutes. The gauge is nice for making sure you don't over pressure the water system and cause problems. Simple but effective adapter for blowing out small water systems -

This FANOVO RV Winterizing Kit, 17-inch Upgraded RV Blowout Hose, makes winterizing your RV safe and easy. The valve and gauge allow you to control the air pressure in your RV water lines. You can throttle the valve or shut it off as needed. I opened my faucets first and then throttled in the air until all the lines were completely free of water. Then, I turned off the valve and disconnected the kit. It was super easy.

I am really pleased I got this , my biggest worry was putting too much pressure on the waterlines. The gauge is easy to read and now I don’t have the risk of damaging the pipes.
