The media could not be loaded. Phenomenal chair that adds beauty and character to our space. This chair does not photograph as beautiful as in the picture. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Assembled in under 2 hours. The screws, bolts and small L wrench is provided, however our own tools (ratchet) helped put the chair together quickly. Do wipe the chair before the pillows are placed. The screws leave a dark oil residue that is easily wiped off. There is a customer service support phone number available for questions. The chair is large so do ensure that you can get it into the space that you desire. The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love it! It came ahead of time and it’s was super easy to put together. I did it by myself in about 30 minutes. It’s not too heavy to move around but very sturdy the cushions are soft but not sink in soft which is perfect for me. Initially I was nervous that the pillows would shifts while I was sitting or laying in it and I’d always have to be fixing them but they stay put. The material is also easy to clean.
