Good price and no issues so far. Surface Pro 3 wasn't charging so I purchased this replacement. I still hate the connection but I can't do much about that. Be careful online when replacing the charger as there are a number of different connectors on different versions of the Surface. I have had the charger for approximately 30 days and all seems to be going well. The shipping was fast and the parameters matched exactly i.e., 12 voltage, 3.6 amperage and 48 watts. The magnetic connector holds firmly to the charging port. It’s not the original equipment but it will have work and it holding up pretty good. I hope this helps... ... show more

    • Cheapest quality for a mid level price
I bought one charger from this seller and it gave out within a week or two. It would not work at all. I returned it for a replacement and the 2nd charger ( replacement) within a day already showed signs it will not last. The black Rubber started peeling down near the base of the charger exposing the wires within. I'm returning it and will not buy from this seller again. ... show more

    • Very quick ship! Purchased as a replacement and fits exactly as the original, BUT...
I purchased this adapter as a replacement for the original that developed a break in the area just below where you plug it into the side port of the Surface. My model is the original Surface Pro. Adapter arrived very quickly, is just like the original and I'm pleased with the purchase and service. But, understand that there have been no changes to the adapter to remedy the fault in original design. I was hoping that when I received the replacement, that I'd see a change that would have remedied the design flaw. There is a small rubber "clip" on the actual adapter cord that should fit into a slot just under the magnetic port, but the problem is that the clip doesn't stay in the slot thus the cord has stress on it at that point and eventually (or at least in my case) will wear and break the wires inside. No problem with the seller, just the disappointment with the still existing design flaw! ... show more
