I bought these Christmas pajamas for my 11 year old ,and they are absolutely perfect. The material is soft,comfy,and not too heavy great for wearing all evening while watching holiday movies. The fit is true to size,and the design is super cute and festive. My son loved them right away and didn't want to take them off. They also washed very well no fading, shrinking, or loose threads. Great pajamas that have held up well to frequent washings over the last month or so since buying them. Definitely size up, one son is a 7/8 usually and the size 10 pajamas fit perfectly/snugly. Our other son wears 9/10 usually and the size 12 fit well/snugly. If you want loose pajamas size up 2 sizes, though they may then be a little long in the legs. You know how pajama's always seem to be a thin crunchy material that won't stretch then won't wash well and get even tighter than before?! Not these. I ordered these and the Dophin and Fish, which they are soft and only shrink some, but the color is so vibrant on these, zero shrink on warm water, and they are the VERY softest material I have found. I have a 6 year old boy that is not fat AT ALL but husky and tall. He weighs 60 pounds, wears size 7 and I ordered a size 10. They fit loose but not baggie at all. It is refreshing to see him be happy with a little boy design and be comfortable. When I normally search for a size 10, it brings up pajamas that are for older boys with no fun little boy designs, which is sad because he is still little. I wish I had a picture but I just ran in here from the laundry room after seeing them come out looking great AGAIN. I depend on reviews so much but never write them and ya'll need to know these are the ones to get!! The fabric is so soft. My son had outgrown a boys size 14 so bought him an 18 in this pajama. And it was somewhat big for him, but it'll give him room to grow into it. But the softness of the fabric makes them so nice and cozy. And of course, my son really liked them.
