My little one is a 4lb preemie and after a quick wash and dry they fit as good as they possibly could! She’s 15” long, so the feet are a wee bit short, but she keeps her legs curled and loves to be swaddled, so it hasn’t been a problem. I roll the sleeve cuffs once and she’s good to go! I bought these when my daughter in law had her baby six weeks early. They were a little large at first because the baby was only 4lbs 7oz, but he grew into them quickly. When you’re having a preemie, the last thing you want to think about is spending a lot of money on clothes for them. These were simple and inexpensive. They were easy to wash, and my daughter looked really cute and them. Thankfully, she didn’t have to wear them for a long.
