Before buying, I checked my PC to see if it had the required memory, etc for this game. When the game showed up, I loaded it, downloaded the rest from steam, but the game crashed just when it started. It turns out, it's not the CD ROM, it was my system. I had to upgrade my PC with the next higher processor and graphics card, the minimum requirement does not work at all, make sure you have the recommended processor and a graphics card before trying. Now the game works, no bugs as of yet, and having fun! I would buy from this seller again. ... show more

This product arrived in a timely manner. It has all the Bethesda quirks I expected. Gaming has gone downhill since the advent of Steam. Works as I expected whether that's good or bad, I'm not sure.

Doesn't matter which game you buy and suffer through the software bugs anymore..... Steam service dominates all PC gaming now. Horrible. If you didn't know before you bought, tough luck. They are even worse than Microsoft. You cannot play this game without being online, effectively, ruining PC stand alone vanilla gaming forever. Steam can GFY for all I care. Once you figure out their BS user system, supposedly you can direct which external drive you can store your PURCHASED game on, but it never works. Their whole system is just more garbage to collect money and microtransactions. So six to one, half a dozen to the other; consoles are too expensive and it's every 5 years, or build a game system every few years and be controlled by crap like Steam. CD takes you to website to download game. I didnt need to buy a cd to do that. Website has you pay again for game as your product code in cd box does not work on website. Avoid this product!!
