I e purchased the 33ft set and this 66ft set and I like the 33ft set much more and I will tell you why. This 66ft set runs on 1 plug but works like 2 separate sets so where they are connected the lights run in separate ways. They are also connected in the center of the 2 sets. So if you want to run them along a wall or ceiling there colors don’t line up if you are using a specific program like flashing or strobe. If you want lights that run together smoothly I would buy 2 or more of the 33ft set, and line them up. It costs more but works like one line and looks awesome. Also the remote is awesome, and if you do have more then 1 line it works with all. The colors are so bright and there are so many pattern to choose from. I have 4 sets, I have some in my daughters room and she loves to change the colors. I have a few sets for our family room for when they play games. There amazing and I will buy more! The lights themselves are wonderful. Bright, colorful, and have a wide variety of options. Overall, I would choose to purchase again. The app could use some improvements, and unfortunately my TV remote (Samsung) interferes with the light controls, so every time I change a channel the lights change colors. The lights turn on and off when I power on/off the TV. Something to keep in mind depending on where you are planning to hang these. ... show more

This is fine. It does the trick. I wish I had more control on the colors. They have pre-set colors and it's usually flashy stuff OR solid colors. There's not really a middle ground. I wish I could set a series of colors (that don't move or flash) and then call it a day. Then again, the price is amazing soooo.... I'll live. ... show more

These lights are great for my loft bed. I needed something more cheerful to light up my bed space at night and these work great. The brightness and color is adjustable and there's a good variety of pattern/twinkling options. I love the app to adjust the lights to custom settings. I mostly use my phone for adjusting them. But the remote is handy for bedtime to just flick the lights on and off or to fast change the brightness. The only downside to these lights is the remote for my television changes and interferes with the lights. If I change the volume/channel/etc via the remote on my TV I also suddenly changes the colours and settings of my lights.... that can be a bit annoying in the middle of a movie... or funny depending on your mood. If anyone knows a fix please post one cause I have no idea how lol. The only other thing I would like to see maybe added to the app if possible is the ability to set specific colour options to twinkle. Not just multi-colour twinkle. I love having my lights set to a reddish pink for bed. But I'd love to be able to have the lights twinkle in that colour. Either way I'm super happy with these lights and I definitely want to buy some more for the different sections of my loft. ... show more

    • Great for Alexa Users - with a bit of work

I adored these lights, although making them connect to and work with my Alexa app the way I wanted took a bit of work. I finally realized that I had to install the iffy and somewhat questionable (in terms of what I was giving them access to in exchange for controlling a string of lights) Chinese app in order to get what I wanted out of this product, and then had to create an account inside the app, which was also a bit of a pain. However, while the lights lasted, I decided the joy they gave me every morning after telling Alexa "Let there be light!" was worth it all. Then my cats (we have 3) discovered the string of lights on the wall, and when I came home from work after the 5th day of their brilliance, I discovered I now had 3 strings of frayed, non-functioning lights rather than the 1 I began my day with. Cats aside, I still recommend this product - so long as you aren't worried about Chinese companies spying on your phone you might even let Alexa control them. ... show more

GET THESE LIGHTS!!! For real tho, if you are looking for a good set of "fairy" lights, you can't go wrong with these. They are very bright and have great color. The remote included is great but I highly recommend the phone app if you can. There is an amazing amount of options you can use(different patterns, scenes, etc). It even has preset "suggestions" (ie: lights on the xmas tree, lights around a wreath, lights along the fence) that follow certain light patterns for that "scenario". These lights even can be set to react to music/sounds. And with the app you can set the sensitivity as well, which is a feature more of the "sound activated lights" need to have. If you made me say something negative about the lights, the only thing I can think of is that the metal wire used is a copper/gold color....and I would've preferred maybe black. But that's so minor it shouldn't matter at all. I will say it again..... GET THESE LIGHTS!!! I was not paid for my review, and I was not part of some 'test' group or anything. I searched online, sifted through various ads, decided on these lights, and paid out of pocket for them. ... show more
