Had it for less than a week. One day, went to charge it and it would not hold a charge. Was stuck at 1%. Tried different cables, adapters, the computer and even tried to do 3 different wireless charging. A basic wireless charger, a smart feedback charger and the wireless charger built in my truck. This phone seems like a high priced me2. If you just want a phone to make calls and maybe play Tetris, this is the phone for you. If you work from your phone or play games, this will not work for you. I've been trying for a while now to make it work for my games and actual job, but I just went back to my old phone. And after 4 months, it is dead and doesn't want to charge or turn on, complete waste ... show more

    • Nice phone for the money, but.....
I had to return the first one from a different vendor due to unusable speeds and also getting too hot during normal use. This is a very solid feeling phone, but a lot of advertised specs appear to be incorrect. It is not Android 13. It is an unsupported version Oreo 8.1.0 so any app you have requiring 9.0 or newer will not be compatible and also no security updates are possible . It does not have the ability to connect to a 5G network and the WIFI is 2.4ghz. It is not able to fast charged with 20watts. It does not have a Snapdragon processor, it is using a Aarch64 rev3 that was introduced around 2017. Even with all these suspects, it is still a nice phone with a very nice display and I will be keeping it as I don't really have the need for the latest/greatest specs. ... show more

The camera is not as advertised it's poor and it's not 108mp I have a phone with 50 Mp and it 5 Times more clear

    • There seems to be NO cases available other than the one received with the phone.
The phone is what I expected and seems to be working well, however, there seems to be NO cases available other than the one received with the phone, which is better than none. I have searched Amazon and Fadnou for a Fadnou i23 ultra case and every selection brings up Samsung S23 ultra cases which do not fit. The i23 is .77in longer and .73 in wider than the Samsung. In addition, the button locations are about .75 inched lower than those of the S23. I did note that Fadnou has available cases for the i15 pro max cameras, maybe since these are much newer to the market the case mfgs. have not yet picked up to support. Would like a better rated case and wonder if the screen protectors will be the same problem since 2 were provided with the phone???? ... show more
