This was a great little steamer. I used it for the first time for about 15 minutes but it wasn’t 100% filled up. I read reviews about it being hard to open, but I didn’t have this issue at all. So I’m not really sure what that was about. I haven’t really cleaned it yet since it was my first time. It seems like it would be easy enough to clean with a bottle brush or something. It wasn’t very loud at all and I was able to relax with the mist in my face. The steam felt like it was a good amount, and the heat level was very good. You can’t make any adjustments on the steam level though. The base can feel warm to the touch so just be careful if you are sensitive to heat but it wasn’t an unsafe level at all. The only demerit I wild take away a half a star, if I could would be that the cord isn’t very long which is nice in terms of storage but not necessarily functionality because you will have to sit near an outlet.

This wavy, sometimes curly girl loves this steamer! Sometimes I just don't have time for the complicated scheduling one needs to wash and style their textured hair. This steamer gives my hair the perfect amount of moisture when coupled with the product already in my hair to give me GREAT hair with nominal effort. I like that I can use it for my skin or aromatherapy. I keep a gallon of distilled water with it so I am not tempted to use my well water with it. Easy to fill reservoir that holds the perfect amount of water for reviving my long hair.

I like this product. It's easy to use as well as portable (I take it with me for in-home massages). Not sure why the cup melted and cracked but I didn't want a refund, I just wanted it replaced. It's a pretty decent product. It probably got a bit too hot. Not sure. Now that I think about it, the water does evaporate pretty quickly. I guess I need one with a bigger reservoir cup. I will still purchase another one just to have at home. The price is fair for the quality of the actual unit.

This facial steamer is very easy to set up and use, and produces a strong, consistent steam — but there are a few important things to know to get the best results safely. I actually purchased two of these — one for myself/my teen, and another as a gift — and they’ve both been used regularly. ✅ What I like: -Quick setup. No real assembly needed — ready to go in about 2–3 minutes. Strong steam output. Produces a steady stream that’s effective for opening pores. -Adjustable nozzle. Easy to tilt for the right angle. -Simple operation. Fill, insert tank, press power — that’s it. -Includes extras. Comes with cotton pads (for optional essential oils) and a full set of 5 stainless steel extraction tools with a case. -Good for multiple ages. This has worked well across: Teen (14) Adult (30s) Older adult (60+) It’s simple enough for anyone to use. -Portable size. Fits easily on a bathroom counter. 💡 Bonus use: This is also really helpful when you’re congested — the steam works well for opening up sinuses. ⚠️ Important things to know: -Use distilled or filtered water ONLY. -Runs about 10 minutes per fill. -Not recommended for frequent use (1–2x daily max). -Steam opens pores — but can dry your skin. -Always follow up with moisturizer or skincare. -First use smell. Mine had a slight “burning” smell initially — I ran it once before using it on my face and it went away. -Base gets warm. Normal, just be aware. -Tools are effective but sharp. I purchased this for myself as an addition to my self-care routine. It is a great facial mister and really helps to open my pores in order to extract sebum and other debris. Overall it is easy to put together with simple instructions. You can add essential oils to the little pads that come with is so that you can enjoy the added benefits of the oils while also steaming your face. The tools that come with it are heavy duty, nicely made, and have seemingly held up well over my now couple months of use. It's also nice that if you're new to deep pore cleaning you don't need to purchase an additional tools with this steamer. I wish the water reservoir held a little more but truthfully I've only ever had to refill it because I needed to steam more of my face once. Finally, after using this be sure you MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE!! And always use sun screen :) Overall I would buy this product again.

This steamer is the best one I have seen. I have used a few others and the steamer wasn’t as strong. This steamer has a strong steam that sprays. East to use, and feels great. Love a fresh steam on my face. Helps open pores! Love ❤️ it. Great Gift. I have bought two so far.

Honest review. Used it twice. 1st time--it worked well, smelled a bit of plastic. 2nd time, worked well and smelled a little plasticky, but the smell did go away. Works for 10 minutes tops. I love this product. I fill the water up in the small water jug and insert it in the unit, press the "on" button, and there it is. It is so convenient. The product is well made and it has a nozzle that you can move up and down, 2 clicks. I find a spot on my sofa and turn it on and relax. I relax the product near my lap, very light to hold and it wont bother the person Next to you . It's perfect and easy to use and easy to assemble. It doesn't burn your face when close to the unit, and you will know when it's done. The unit does feel hot after, but it wont burn you. Let it cool off and unplug it. Like any other face steamer, it is moisturizing. I highly recommend 100%.
