The media could not be loaded. My unit randomly stopped working, the acne suction part of the unit no longer works. This is very disappointing after having the unit for only 10 months and taking very good care of it. Fortunately the customer service department contacted me and replaced my unit. I love the brush function side on this. It’s easy to charge and use. I keep it on the shelf in my shower and use the stand to keep it upright and out of the line of the water. My skin feels super clean and smooth after and has been a perfect addition to my skin care routine. The pore cleaning side is a little more trial and error and depends on how much steam my face gets during shower time. I’m sure it would be helpful if I had five minutes to sit with a warm wet towel over my face but mom of 3 three and under so who has time for that. This function also can leave “hicky”marks on my sensitive areas of the face or left in one place too long so be aware of that. My face also becomes red and the pores look a little swollen so I would recommend doing this portion at night and not in the morning. It has helped underneath the skin blemishes come to a head which helps clear them up a little quicker. But all and all I’m very happy with this product. ... show more

The first 1-2 charges this brush is the best on the market!! I’ve bought it twice. The first one stopped working completely after I charged it the second time. So I bought another one. I am currently sitting next to a possessed brush (the second one I bought). It has a mind of its own. It is fully charged (second charge again) and it turns on and off by it self. Once it turns on, I cannot turn it off. No buttons work! There is no on/off or reset button. No batteries to remove. It plugs in to charge. This crazy brush stops for a few minutes and then starts spinning again. (I did not feed it or get it wet after midnight! This thing is a gremlin! I’m relieved that my tvs are not all static!) I am currently hiding it in my teenagers room just to mess with them. This brush is a total waste of money however the laughs we’re getting from this Chucky brush are priceless. Trash day isn’t for another 5 days so I can’t put it in my garbage. I’m going to have to find a random dumpster to drop off this devil brush. If I wake up tomorrow and it’s back in my bathroom, I won’t even be surprised. Wish me good luck. I’m going to pray that I did not accidentally open up so alien portal. I bought this product exactly 2 yrs ago - I have loved using it! BUT it suddenly stopped working - and it won’t recharge. I contacted Amazon to find out what the lifespan for this product should be? They said 3-5 years!! So my 2 yr old unit didn’t last. It is out of the Amazon warranty period and sadly I nor Amazon could figure out a way to contact the Seller/Manufacturer - I’m disappointed that it didn’t last and although it’s selling for less now than when I bought it - I won’t purchase this one again because there’s NO customer service by the seller. Sadly, I can't recommend for this reason - I’ll find a different one for myself ... show more
